In recent years,with the strong support of the government,the number of social work institutions has increased.However,due to the voluntary and non-profit characteristics of social work organizations,how to adopt strategies to mobilize resources to meet the needs of organizational operations has become an important factor in the development of social work institutions.Question.Since the reform and opening up,China's voluntary service activities have developed rapidly,and the number of volunteers has continuously increased.How to mobilize more volunteers has also become a topic of the new era.This study combines two popular phenomena,taking the L Social Work Service Center of Lanzhou City,Gansu Province as an example,absorbing some of the views of social capital theory,and analyzing the volunteer mobilization mechanism of social work institutions.Through field research and research,this study points out the main problems existing in the L Social Work Service Center: the overall mobilization mechanism is passive,which limits the space for social workers to complete their work,and on the other hand,it is difficult to obtain sufficient time for the entire community.Members promoted;the mobilization of objects was repetitive,and the reason for this was due to the pursuit of efficiency;the mobilization goal was not clear,and even relying on collective social capital was difficult to launch most volunteers and willing residents or citizens.The author believes that under the constraints of the institutional mechanism,the L Social Work Service Center can take the initiative to adopt strategies for resource mobilization and capital utilization.On this basis,it further discusses the possibility of the sound mobilization mechanism of the L Social Work Service Center.In terms of the institutional abilities of the volunteers in the social work organization,this paper has established an implementable intervention strategy for the development of the mobilization mechanism in connection with the organization's operating conditions and operating environment.Through the analysis of the L social work organization,the possibility of improving the mobilization mechanism of the L social work organization volunteers is found,and some reference is provided for other related practical work.
