| Children are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation,which is related to the overall quality of the people and the stability of the country and society.A large number of rural left behind children groups have emerged,especially inter-generational care of left behind children.Due to the influence of grandparents’ ability,family living conditions,school resources and the overall rural environment,inter-generational care of left behind children have some adverse problems in education,psychology and morality.The development of physical and mental health is facing a crisis.In order to solve these problems and make the inter-generational care of left behind children develop more healthily and comprehensively,it is urgent to consider and think deeply and carefully from a more subtle perspective.It will improve the current situation of inter-generational care of left behind children.This study focuses on six rural primary schools in L Town,D City,H Province.Through the methods of questionnaire and interview,this will investigate the current situation of inter-generational care children in grades 3 to 5(6)and their grandparents,including the education,daily life,health and safety.Educational care includes the academic achievements,learning resources,learning objectives,caregivers’ attention to learning,the content of moral education and the methods.Daily life care includes the way of leisure and entertainment,daily clothes and diet matching.Healthy care includes physical and mental health of children left behind in inter-generation care.Safety care includes the personal safety,food safety and information safety of inter-generational care of left behind children.The survey results show that the development of left behind children under inter-generational care is not completely disadvantageous.On the whole,the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.The problems are that left behind children lack good learning conditions,scientific education methods,rich contents of family education,unbalanced daily diet matching,unreasonable use of electronic products,lack of effective psychological care,poor of the ability to resist security risks.Through further investigation on these problems,it is found that the family is the root factor of the problems,the school is the secondary factor,and the local government system and the level of economic development are the key factors.Therefore,based on the theory of care and polycentric governance,this study will build multi subject governance system,including grandparents’ caregivers,parents,teachers,schools and governments.Grandparents’ caregivers and parents mainly focus on the physical and mental development of left behind children.Teachers and schools mainly start with the educational care of left behind children.Government departments mainly start from the improvement of macro system and economy.Through the way of multi-party cooperation improves the quality of rural inter-generational care,so as to create a more suitable living environment for the healthy development of inter-generational care of left behind children. |
