A Study On The Problem Of Alternative Care Of Left Behind Children In Rural Areas And The Design Of Intervention Scheme For Social Workers

The growing environment and course deeply affect the development of left behind children in rural areas.In rural areas,there are some differences between the parenting of left behind children and the parenting,and it is easier to have some problems in learning,life and social interaction.Experts and scholars mainly focus on sociology,psychology and Pedagogy in the research field of alternative parenting,and few articles have studied and analyzed the problem of alternative parenting of rural left behind children from the perspective of social work.Based on the investigation and interview data collected by the author,this paper takes the care of left behind children in X village of Shanxi Province as the research object,takes the problems of left behind children in rural areas in the process of care as the research content,analyzes the correlation between the way of parenting,the communication between parents and the care of left behind children in rural areas,finds out the needs and plans for social work intervention Design.Under the background of the increasingly prominent problem of left behind children in rural areas in China,this paper studies and explains the basic situation of raising left behind children by generations in rural areas,dialectically understands the phenomenon of raising left behind children by generations,takes the problems existing in the study,life and social interaction of left behind children in rural areas as the research fulcrum,and puts the education mode of elders,the communication condition of parents and the behavior operation of raising left behind children by generations in rural areas Through the way of questionnaire and interview,we collect data and analyze the problems existing in rural left behind children's alternative care.Then,we analyze the relevant factors and needs,and design the specific scheme of social work intervention in rural left behind children's alternative care according to the actual needs,so as to promote the healthy growth of rural left behind children's alternative care.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is the current situation of the rural left behind children 's separated care in China,including two aspects: the basic situation of the rural left behind children' s separated care and the intervention situation.The third chapter is the analysis of the problems of the left behind children in X village of Shanxi Province.The first is the basic situation of the left behind children in X village and rural areas in Shanxi Province.The second is the positive role of the left behind children in X village in Shanxi Province.The third is the problems of the left behind children in the process of the left behind children in X village.The fourth is the relevant analysis of the problems of the left behind children in X village to find out the left behind children in rural areas Relevant factors of the problem.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the feasibility of social work intervention,and analyzes the needs of left behind children,grandparents and fathers in rural areas under the mode of alternative parenting.The fifth chapter is mainly about the scheme design of social work intervention in rural left behind children's alternative care,including the basic ideas of social work intervention,the specific scheme of intervention and the role of social workers in the process of intervention.The sixth chapter is summary and reflection.This study will provide a practical basis for the relevant research,and promote the healthy and healthy growth of left behind children in rural areas.
