Research On The Employment Transformation Of The Peasants Who Have Been Expropriated

With the rapid development of urbanization and social economy,the original land use is far from meeting the current social development needs.The process of urbanization has brought new impetus,but it has also caused a series of problems,especially the employment transformation.The social structure of the expropriated farmers is more awkward:they are not real farmers without land and living source;they are lack of skills and literacy when they come to the city and cannot survive in employment.They are at the edge of urban and rural residents,they need a sound employment transformation channel without land security.There are many problems existing in the social security of the expropriated farmers,such as too many government organizations,personnel uncertainty,low compensation,single payment method,difficulties in entrepreneurship and employment,and excessively low pension and medical insurance benefits,which lead to a series of petition letters.On the one hand,the expropriated farmers passively accept the settlement of the current policy,without active participation and selectivity;On the other hand,the expropriated farmers have lost the lifeblood of their original land and cannot share the benefits brought by urbanization.This thesis is based on the investigation of the young groups(30-50 years old)of the expropriated farmers in Sucheng District,and the propaganda and explanation of the existing social security system.From the perspective of real questionnaire survey,on-site visit and discussion,comprehensively and deeply understand the current situation.Using literature review、questionnaire and statistical analysis method,the thesis can understand the essence of the problem and grasp the direction of employment transformation more accurately.It not only provides the basic materials,but also provides a good opportunity for the local government to understand the satisfaction.I hope that through the empirical analysis and rationalization of this thesis,we can provide a good channel information,so that the government can make the residents feel the social reform and development dividend in the process of urbanization,how to rejuvenate the grass-roots vitality in the context of rural revitalization,and how to make the residents in building a well-off society in an all-round way.We should learn from and make breakthroughs in such areas as living a happy life.
