Since the country began to vigorously develop modern distance education in 2007,distance education has become the main learning form of adult education at this stage and the trend of continuous development in the future.In the process of information technology continuously advancing,based on the learning habits of distance education students,online learning platform is one of the most important links in the construction of a complete distance education system.However,in China's huge distance education system,the Open University of China has always been at the forefront of China's higher adult education team and is constantly exploring.The online learning platform of the Open University of China is also the representative of the online learning platform of higher adult education.Taking the online learning platform of the Open University of China as an example,this paper takes the online learning platform of modern distance education for Chinese adults in the new era as the main content of the research.It mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,comparative study and case study to start with the problems found in the current stage and the actual situation of the development of the online learning platform of the Open University of China,and analyzes them in combination with relevant statistical knowledge.It starts from the perspectives of managers and students,and launches a survey of the learning platform in order to put forward further improvement strategies.Firstly,the paper expounds the relevant research background,research significance,research review at home and abroad,research contents and methods,relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Taking the Open University of China online learning platform as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the online learning platform of Open University of China,compares it with domestic and foreign learning platforms,summarizes the existing problems of the online learning platform of Open University of China according to the platform's current situation and comparative analysis results,analyzes the causes of the problems,and constructs a mobile online learning platform model.On this basis,the author puts forward some ideas about the future open and shared thinking system and innovative thinking innovation of the online learning platform.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,based on the current situation and experience of the online learning platform of the Open University of China,the main existing problems of the online learning platform of the Open University of China are summarized,and countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems,namely,using adult experience learning theory to enhance the interaction and detection function in the learning platform,using new media technology and other means to optimize the function and design of the online learning platform of the Open University of China,customizing the mobile APP learning platform model,and using data mining and analysis functions to improve the learning behavior analysis ability.Second,it is concluded that the innovative development of online education should proceed from China's national conditions,conform to the trend,actively promote the innovation and reform of education mode,clarify the direction of innovative development of online education,formulate specific plans and reform strategies,and realize the continuous innovative development of online education in China.After nearly two years of efforts,the online learning platform of the Open University of China has initially built a platform with rich functions and good operation,which can basically meet the needs of online learning and effectively support self-learning.However,online learning is still on the road of continuous exploration.In the end,the article prospects that if we build an online education service system,we should first have an open and shared thinking.the Open University of China is a system.Systematic running of the Open University of China has its own characteristics and advantages.With the construction of the Open University of China,the goal of system transformation is to change from single to multiple,from looking for needs to being needed,from painting the ground firmly to harmonious sharing.In the future lifelong learning system,academic research institutions,mass media organizations,video websites,We chat subscriptions,high-tech enterprises,museums,libraries,science and technology museums and other social institutions will also become broad-sense educational institutions.Online education and these enterprises and institutions pursue an open strategy of resource sharing,mutual benefit and win-win,and fully realize human resources,teaching resources and management.The sharing of resources,cultural resources and relationship resources should be guided by Internet thinking,strengthen horizontal cooperation with education,expand vertical cooperation with industry,and meet the needs of different groups of people in terms of occupational migration and quality of life.Shared development is the driving force of online learning,and innovative achievement sharing mechanism is the way of leapfrogging online learning.In the continuous practice of online education,only by adhering to an open and shared attitude can we enhance the development ability of online education and contribute to shaping a good social image and sharing economy.Under the guidance of the shared development concept,the learning platform will also incorporate new educational ideas,integrate new learning content and learning methods,and provide a platform for the future development of lifelong education.In the context of building a learning society,online learning has created a beneficial environment for providing lifelong learning.The long-term development of online education is a systematic process.In this process,we should fully rely on innovative thinking.Innovation includes two aspects: management innovation and technological innovation.Technological innovation and management innovation will constitute two sharp swords of online education development and will be the driving force of the core competitiveness of distance education.Whether for resource providers,teachers,departments or managers who accumulate teaching resources,to actively promote the innovation and reform of the education model with their own strength,and to clarify the direction of the innovation and development of online education,are all contributions to the continuous exploration of the future online education model for the vast number of learners and China.
