What situation causes the platform governance of online education platform at different stages of development? What kind of governance measures were adopted at different stages? What are the governance goals at each stage? Using case study method, taking Zuoyebang companies as the research object, based on the perspective of ecological niche, and according to the idea of "situation-means-target",an integrated platform governance analysis framework is built.By revealing the niche optimization of the platform ecosystem in different stages, the dynamic governance mechanism of the platform ecosystem of online education companies is depicted. The findings are as follows:(1)In the exploration stage, the scale of the platform is small, and resource management is used to expand the scale of the platform to improve the state energy of the niche;(2)In the growth stage, the brand influence of the platform is weak, and the brand governance should be used to strengthen the brand influence of the platform to improve the potential energy of the ecological niche;(3)In the transformation stage, when the platform business is faced with violations, the original business is adjusted and new business is developed through compliance governance to improve the suitability of the ecological niche. Finally, the platform ecosystem can be optimized to promote the sound development of the platform.Based on the context of online education platform, this paper builds a dynamic governance model of online education platform. Its conclusion not only improves the theoretical system of ecological niche, but also has certain significance for guiding the governance of online education platform and the optimization of platform ecosystem.
