Online education is an important way to develop intelligent education and plays a vital role in the process of education modernization.Through the development of online education,it can make up for the deficiency of traditional education,further deepen the reform of junior high school education system,and promote the equitable development of junior high school education from the aspects of educational resources and educational opportunities.In particular,during the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020,secondary schools all over the country adopted online teaching methods.In this context,the advantages and value of online education in primary schools are more reflected.However,at the same time,the development of online education in primary and middle schools is restricted by many factors,which limit the development of online education to some extent.Based on Internet+ education and new crown outbreak during the development of online education as the background,research status of development of the yan 'an junior high school education online and analyze the existing problems,using the distance teaching and learning of three basic interaction theory,constructivism learning theory,cognitive flexibility theory and theory of online collaborative learning theory,put forward the effect of online education promotion strategy,The feasibility and effectiveness of this strategy are verified by the quasi-experimental method.It includes the following parts:First of all,by introducing the Internet + education advantage,state support,education reform needs,and in reality to develop online education background,and reviewing the related research results at home and abroad to study and analysis of typical cases,comprehensive and accurate grasp the latest research and development of online education dynamic,provide some instructions for this study.Secondly,in-depth understanding of the current status of online education in junior high schools in Yan 'an City,combing and analyzing existing problems.The research and interview were conducted from seven aspects,including online learning platform,digital resources,teachers,teaching activities,learners,online support services and learning effect evaluation,to understand the current situation of online education in junior high schools in Yan 'an City.Through the data statistics and analysis of the survey results,the problems existing in the development of online education in Yan 'an Junior Middle School are dug out,providing a first-hand basis for solving the problems.Thirdly,it puts forward strategies to improve the effect of online education.In order to improve the effect of junior high school education online teaching as the goal,on the basis of relevant theories,starting from the government,schools and society three dimensions,combined with the online learning platform,digital resources,teaching staff,teaching activities and learners,online support services and learning effect evaluation put forward seven aspects,such as online teaching effect promotion strategy;The concrete strategy and so on are explained in full detail.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy of improving online teaching effect are verified by quasi-experimental research.A quasi-experimental study was carried out by selecting the control class of an experimental class in the eighth grade of a middle school in Yan 'an City to compare the teaching effects of online education based on the research construction and the conventional online education during the epidemic period.According to the results of quasi-experimental research contrast data to verify the promoted the building of an online teaching effect in our study strategy can reflect the online education concept of "leading-main body",to strengthen the students and the teaching content,the interaction between teachers and students,improves the classroom teaching effect,online information technology also increase online learning experience in the process of teaching students.
