| With the acceleration of basic education reform and the implementation of teacher professional development policies,higher demands are placed on elementary school teachers’ instructional leadership ability.And at the same time,elementary school teachers’ instructional leadership presents a close correlation with school teaching quality.With the help of questionnaire and interview method,this study investigates the current situation of elementary school teachers’ instructional leadership in County C,City W.The following problems were found: weak vision creation;insufficient instructional decisionmaking power;lack of teaching execution power;insufficient communication and motivation power;weak teaching interpersonal power;and low result-driven power.In response to the above problems,this study attributed three aspects to the education administration,schools and teachers,so as to propose corresponding solution strategies:first,the education administration should improve the teacher professional development system,establish the teaching leadership concept,increase special funding,and establish a teacher teaching leadership training mechanism;second,play the role of principal teaching leadership demonstration,schools should create a teaching leadership sharing atmosphere,form a teaching leadership;Third,teachers should continuously improve their comprehensive quality,form a chasing relationship between teachers and students,create a common learning vision for teachers and students,and carry out teaching scientifically and effectively. |
