Under the complex environment such as society,school and family,the contemporary high school attaches great importance to the mental health level,in order to achieve all-round development of students and the goal of the physical and mental health,the State Council in the new era about strengthening and improving comprehensive school sports work opinion "clearly emphasized in the school sports to realize sports intelligence and sports.Subjective exercise experience and general self-efficacy are two important indicators to evaluate the level of individual mental health,it can reflect students’ mental health status.Basketball,as a multi-sport item with ornamental,confrontational and collective,is loved by students.Subjective exercise by looking for related literature found that about a lot of research experience and general self-efficacy,most of the subjects are aimed at college students,and the basketball exercise and subjective experience and general self-efficacy of the article is less,the lack of the mechanism of action research,among this study with moderate intensity of basketball sports as the breakthrough point,On the basis of relevant theoretical research,the teaching experiment was conducted to explore the influence of moderate intensity basketball on the subjective exercise experience and general self-efficacy of high school students,and to explore whether moderate intensity basketball can indirectly affect the general self-efficacy of middle school students by improving the subjective exercise experience.In this study,the convenient sampling method was used to extract the students of two administrative classes in high school of Changzhou Qishuyan Senior High School as the experimental objects of this study,in which class 12(26 boys,20 girls)was selected as the experimental group,class 6(24 boys,22 girls)as the control group,the selected students were mentally healthy and physically free of disease.Can meet the normal physical activity.The experimental group was given a 30-minute moderate-intensity basketball exercise program(excluding preparation and relaxation activities)three times a week for 8 weeks.The control group received routine physical activity.The effects of 8 weeks of moderate intensity basketball on subjective exercise experience and general self-efficacy of middle school students were studied by questionnaire and experiment.Through the analysis and comparison of the data before and after the 8-week experiment,it can be concluded that the three dimensions of the subjective exercise experience of the experimental group reached extremely significant differences(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the control group.The level of general self-efficacy was significantly different before and after the experiment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the control group.The mediating effect of subjective exercise experience on moderate intensity basketball and general self-efficacy was significant,and the bootstrap interval did not include 0.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Moderate intensity basketball can promote the positive happiness,psychological annoyance and fatigue of high school students.(2)Moderate intensity basketball plays a positive role in promoting the general self-efficacy level of high school students.(3)Subjective exercise experience plays a mediating role in moderate intensity basketball and general self-efficacy.Moderate intensity basketball can indirectly improve or enhance general self-efficacy by improving subjective exercise experience.
