Analysis On The Source Distribution And Influencing Factors Of College Female Soccer Players

In recent years,under the implementation of the football reform plan and with the strong support of governments at all levels and relevant administrative departments,efforts have been made to promote the high-quality development of campus football in the new era.Certain achievements have been made in campus football,and people are paying more and more attention to women’s football.In 2022,China issued the Key Points of National Youth Campus Football Work in2022.It is required to develop a plan for the development of women’s soccer,effectively promote the development of Chinese women’s soccer,strengthen the construction of university sports teams,and expand the channels for the promotion of women’s soccer talents.At present,the development of female football in universities is on the rise,and with the increase of university enrollment expansion and football competition,the source of female football in universities has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,the distribution and influencing factors of female football players in universities are very important.In this paper,literature,expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other research methods,from the perspective of the distribution of female football students,female football players in the super group and the first group of the University women’s Football League to investigate the factors affecting the distribution of female football players,and put forward feasible solutions.This will play a positive role in promoting the students’ distribution of Chinese women’s football.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)As more and more emphasis is placed on the cause of women’s soccer in our country,the source of female soccer is the main force of training units in various stages,and all regions are indispensable foundation part of female soccer source training.Therefore,we must strengthen the emphasis on female soccer source to boost the development of women’s soccer in our country.(2)Because the female soccer players in the super Group and the First group of the College women’s Football League have differences in sports level,training years,learning time,cultural basis,training times and time and other factors,it can be concluded that the training units of these female soccer players have different ways of training and management of female soccer students,which also affects the quality of female soccer students in each training unit.(3)The players of Chinese college women’s football league are distributed in the east(39.62%),the west(32.08%),the central(19.95%)and the northeast(4.31%).The training units are mainly in Chongqing,Shandong,Sichuan and Hebei,which have a large number of students.The development situation with regional characteristics can be formed for different regions to promote the balanced development of women’s football in different regions.(4)The training system of Chinese female soccer players is mainly for ordinary high schools and special high schools,and the training system is gradually developing to the campus football road of "combining sports with education",and realizing both culture and sports.At the same time,it will provide universities with excellent female soccer talents to ensure the smooth admission of female soccer players.(5)There are many factors restricting the distribution of female football players,among which the main factors are prominent conflicts between athletes’ learning,training and competition,limited development prospects of athletes,parents’ misunderstanding of girls’ participation in football,restricted funds of regional training units,and insufficient female football students.According to the distribution and influencing factors of female football players,the corresponding solutions are put forward: adjust the contradiction between learning,training and competition;Ensure the athletes to study unimpeded channels;Strengthen the cultivation of female football students in each region;Strengthen the influence of women’s football among the people;Increase funding channels to attract girls to participate in football programs.
