Objective: On the basis of understanding of the situation of regular teachers inordinary higher learning universities and colleges in Xinjiang Region from2005to2010and the current situation of training for teachers in high regular university in XinjiangRegion from2006to2010, and taking some higher medical college as example, the authorhas made an overall investigation and influencing factors of the demand of training forteachers in this college, made analytic demonstration of training demand and influencefactor, and offer favorable counter-measure and suggestion on sound development ofteachers training work of this college. Method: Aiming at regular teachers at this College,the author makes intensive study and analysis of base situation, personal pressure, trainingdemand, training actuality, training performance, policy and suggestion by referring toliteratures, relevant statistics, documents, interview and questionnaire and applying SPSS17.0, MATLAB statistical software and grey system theory. Results: According to thestatistical analysis of findings, the teaching staff of ordinary higher colleges anduniversities is in sound development, the training work of teachers at some higher medicalcollege in Xinjiang is in place, and the college has paid highly attention to the teacher’straining work. However there are some shortages existing:(1) The teacher’s activitiesneed to be further improved.(2) The performance of training is not high and lake ofexamine system (3) Lack of system for selection of person to be trained (4) There isunreasonable allocation of funds for teaching staff to make professional improvement (5)Lack of publicity to the training policy. Conclusion:(1) To innovate the mechanism,perfect the system and improve teachers’ activities and establish the mechanism of lastingeffect by PDCA cycle ideology.(2) To normalize training process and establishperformance appraisal system.(3) To establish the system of selection for person to betrained and to select the suitable teachers by considering professional ability andprevailing moral practices in order to complete the construction of talent team.(4) Toincrease the input of funds, make reasonable configuration, to establish forecasting modelby the grey system theory and know of the input trend in the future of the funds.(5) Toadvance the culture of university, create surroundings, increase the promotion. To create cultural environment of intensive learning atmosphere for the faculty, to make the facultybuild up positive training and competitive awareness, to promote the training work inorder to promote better development of the universities and colleges...
