Under the background of "double reduction",after-school delay service is not only a trusteeship service to help parents solve the difficulties of picking up and delivering on time,but also an important measure to meet the personalized development of students.Under the background of "double reduction",after-school delay service has been given more significance.The quality of after-school delay service is also related to the reduction of students’ off-school burden,so it plays an important role in exploring the direction of after-school delay service.In this study,293 teachers and 257 parents from H city primary school were selected as respondents,and self-compiled questionnaires were used to survey of the Status of After-school Delayed Service Management in Primary Schools and the survey of the Status of Delayed Service Management in Primary Schools.This study investigated and analyzed the implementation status of after-school delay service in District H schools by combining questionnaire and interview methods,It shows a governance dilemma centered on the problem of after-school delayed service management.,Found that the real dilemma of elementary school after class delay service management is mainly manifested in the school delay service management orientation cognitive deviation,the school delay service management lack of clear policy support,after school delay service management activity monotonous,related subject to the school after school delay service management participation,In addition,the attribution analysis is conducted from the deviation of the connotation of after-school delayed service management,the relevant supporting mechanism of after-school delayed service management is not yet perfect,the organization of after-school delayed service activities is not fine enough,and the collaborative governance atmosphere of all parties of after-school delayed service management is weak.Finally for the above problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures,first,improve the cognitive attitude of participants,second,promote after-school delay service management specialization,third,perfect after-school delay service content and form,fourth,mobilize after-school delay service management multilateral cooperation,in order to improve primary school school delay service management problems,to better promote the primary school after delay service management.
