Research objective:Based on previous studies, this study is to arrange different training programs to carry out experimental intervention on the pull-up ability of middle school students, explore the effect of comparing elastic band auxiliary training program and combined training method training program(primary movable muscle combined with antagonist muscle training)on pull-up ability, explore a more effective training program, analyze the reasons for the influence of the two training programs on the improvement of pull-up ability at different levels, and explore the differences between the two groups of training programs. The effectiveness of different training programs is supported by theory and the practical improvement of secondary school students’ pull-up ability.Research methods:this study used literature to understand the concept of chin-up,chin-up training at home and abroad, elastic band training, combination training, etc.Experts will be used to conduct interviews to determine the content and indicators of the study,as well as the corresponding training program;experimental methods will be used, randomly selected 20 junior three boys as experimental subjects, the patients were divided into two groups:the Elastic Belt Assistant Group and the combined training group, each with 10 people. The results of the study:After 8 weeks of experimental intervention, the number of pull-ups and other test indicators of subjects in the elastic band auxiliary group and the combination training group increased to varying degrees. The post-experimental data of pull-ups,straight arm overhang time, flexion arm drape time and grip strength values in the elastic band auxiliary group were significantly changed compared with the pre-experimental data(P<0.05),and the post-experimental data of pull-ups,straight arm drape time, flexion arm dangling time and grip strength values in the combined training group were significantly changed compared with the pre-experimental data(P<0.05).The growth rate of the number of pull-ups in the combination training method was better than that of the elastic band auxiliary group(P<0.05),the growth rate of the combination training method in the straight arm overhang time was better than that of the elastic band auxiliary group, with a significant difference(P<0.05),the growth rate of flexion arm dangling time in the combined training group was higher than that in the elastic band auxiliary group, with a significant difference(P<0.05),and the growth rate of grip strength in the combined training group was higher than that in the elastic band auxiliary group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).The results showed that the training regimen had an effect on the improvement of pull-ups,and the improvement effect of the combined training group was better than that of the elastic band auxiliary training group. The conclusions are as follows:(1)8-week elastic band training can improve the pull-up ability of junior three students, and it can be used as a training method to improve their pull-up ability.(2)the combined training of 8-week primal and antagonistic muscles can improve the pull-up ability of the students in grade three significantly, and it can be used as a training method to improve their pull-up ability.(3)after 8-week training intervention,it was found that the intervention effect of the combined training method of the prime and the antagonistic muscles on the pull-up ability of junior high school students was better than that of the elastic band Assistant Training Group.
