| When the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympic Winter Games are successfully held,and the whole society has a wide understanding and popularization of ice and snow sports,and a good atmosphere for ice and snow sports has been produced,it is of great significance to the research on the construction of schools with ice and snow sports characteristics.Based on the characteristics and experience of the first batch of 52 ice and snow sports schools in Beijing,this paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method and field investigation method to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the curriculum construction,campus culture construction,extracurricular activity construction and training competition of 52 ice and snow characteristic schools,and concludes as follows:(1)From the perspective of curriculum construction,the school has set up special ice and snow sports courses,created ice and snow teaching materials,and used multidisciplinary integration to popularize ice and snow sports knowledge from multiple angles and in an all-round way,playing an active role of student-oriented and teacher-led,and promoting the curriculum construction of ice and snow sports characteristic schools.However,there are still some problems,such as imperfect curriculum construction planning,single curriculum form,no perfect evaluation system,and insufficient funding leading to a shortage of teaching resources and high-quality course resources.(2)In terms of campus culture construction,the campus system and culture construction is good,campus education culture through various ways and forms,show the school’s cultural heritage,improve students’ cultural literacy,campus spiritual culture construction uses all kinds of resources,so that students in the long-term subtle process to develop a healthy behavior mode,establish good sports morality,play a radiation driving role,expand the influence of ice and snow sports.However,in the process of construction,there is still a lack of organizational leadership and sufficient attention,and the professional knowledge and humanistic qualities of teachers need to be strengthened.(3)In terms of the construction of extracurricular activities,the school pays special attention to the construction of ice and snow sports clubs,takes ice and snow sports clubs as the second classroom for students to learn ice and snow sports knowledge and skills,and carries out various ice and snow theme activities to make ice and snow sports always run through the school’s physical education teaching.However,lack of funding,venue equipment and teachers’ professional competence all affect the development of extracurricular activities for ice and snow sports.(4)In terms of training competitions,the school has generally established its own ice and snow sports training team and perfect competition rules and regulations,paying attention to the development of students’ competitive skills,and training by competition,but due to the restrictions of conditions,most of them are biased towards dryland,and the construction of sports teams that require real ice and snow is less,which can also reflect the school’s insufficient ice and snow sports venues and equipment,and the professional knowledge and skills of some teachers and coaches need to be improved to meet the development needs of students,and medical security also needs to be improved.(5)The development of ice and snow sports characteristic schools is a sustainable long-term development process,and in the post-Winter Olympics period,with the cooling of ice and snow sports,all kinds of ice and snow activities at all levels are less and less,and the stage for student special sports display is getting smaller and smaller,and it is still a big problem to maintain the development and popularization of campus ice and snow sports funds and professional teachers.(6)In terms of radiation effect,most schools use their different campuses,cooperate with many cooperative schools,and work with brother schools to jointly promote ice and snow sports education activities and move forward together.There are also some schools holding hands to guide the development of ice and snow culture education in families and communities,expand the influence of ice and snow sports and ice and snow education,and carry forward the Olympic spirit and the spirit of the Winter Olympics.(7)Tsinghua Primary School,Zhongguancun Third Primary School,Yufa First Primary School and other schools have their own characteristics and representative aspects of ice and snow sports in terms of curriculum,campus culture,extracurricular activities and training competitions,which provide reference significance for other characteristic schools.In view of the problems arising in the construction of 52 ice and snow characteristic schools,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Increase government support.In order to make the effective and sustainable development of principals with ice and snow characteristics and cultivate outstanding reserve talents,relevant administrative departments should continue to invest special funds,strengthen site construction,standardize the management of socialized ice and snow clubs,and ensure the normal operation of campus ice and snow sports.(2)Strengthen school construction.Establish a sound rules and regulations and medical security system,make ice and snow sports curriculum,the foothold of ice and snow sports is ultimately the school physical education curriculum,compile unified and standardized ice and snow sports teaching materials,and ensure the implementation of teaching content with curriculum settings.Enrich and optimize the content of physical education courses,substitute training with competition,promote learning with practice,apply what you have learned,and cultivate healthy behaviors such as cooperation,competition,and self-discipline.(3)Improve the quality of teachers.Increase the training of teachers,organize training from time to time,and continuously improve the basic teaching ability of teachers.Through the complementary advantages of teachers in the school and external teachers,the teaching team of the school is more powerful to ensure the smooth development of the school with ice and snow sports characteristics in the post-Winter Olympic era. |
