Labor education is an important way to cultivate students’ comprehensive quality,and also a new requirement of the times for education.Human development cannot be separated from labor.To carry out labor education in schools,we should not only cultivate students’labor ability and provide them with opportunities for labor practice,but also cultivate students’ labor consciousness and labor concept,so as to form the quality of loving labor and promote their all-round development.This research sorts out and analyzes the academic achievements of primary school labor education,expounds the relevant concepts,analyzes the situation of primary school labor education,sorts out the crux of the problem,and puts forward the implementation strategy of primary school labor education.In C city L primary school labor education to carry out the situation,for example,through the questionnaire survey of parents and teachers,and to the teachers,parents and pupils interview,from the purpose and significance of labor education cognition,the present situation of the implementation of primary labor education and C city L primary school labor education evaluation of this part,and collect research data and data.On the basis of this investigation and research,it is concluded that the existing problems in the implementation of labor education in primary schools mainly include:(1)there is a deviation in the understanding of the purpose and significance of labor education;(2)There are many difficulties in the implementation of labor education;(3)The evaluation of labor education is simple and subjective.It also analyzes the reasons for the current situation and finds that the reasons are as follows:(1)the government’s organizational guarantee is weak,and there are loopholes in the supervision and evaluation;(2)The traditional thought is deeply rooted,and the value of the era changes;(3)the school’s multi-party mechanism is insufficient,and the level of teachers needs to be improved;(4)Misunderstanding of family education and the way of education still need to be improved.Finally,based on the relevant theoretical basis of primary school labor education and the implementation status and reasons of primary school labor education,the following solutions are proposed:first,establish a correct concept of labor,clarify the purpose and significance of labor;2 to give full play to the leading role of the government to provide effective labor security supervision;Third,give full play to the main role of the school and ensure the effect of labor education;Fourth,create a collaborative education model and open up the way of labor education.In this way,we can correct the problems existing in current labor education and improve the quality of labor education.At the same time,it provides suggestions for the promotion of labor education in primary schools,so as to give full play to the intrinsic value of labor education and promote the all-round development of students.
