In the new era,labor education curriculum is an important way to implement labor education,and undertakes the important mission of promoting the comprehensive development of students.The implementation of labor education courses in primary schools affects the formation of students’ labor concepts,the improvement of labor ability,the cultivation of labor habits and qualities,and the development of labor spirit.Based on sorting out relevant research achievements at home and abroad,grasping the basic trends of relevant research at home and abroad,and clarifying the theoretical basis,practical basis,and significance of the implementation of labor education curriculum in primary schools in the new era,this study selected 13 primary schools and 317 classes in L City as research samples through stratified random sampling,using survey and research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview,from the perspective of cognition,content,form,experience To understand the current situation of the implementation of labor education curriculum in primary schools from the six aspects of evaluation and effectiveness,and reveal that there are practical problems in the implementation of labor education curriculum in L city’s primary schools,such as deviation in curriculum understanding,relatively low status of curriculum,incomplete curriculum plans,lack of innovation in curriculum content,traditional and single teaching process,relatively lack of curriculum resources,and incomplete curriculum evaluation,And it analyzes the reasons for the problems in the implementation of labor education curriculum in primary schools in the new era: the label effect constraints,the opposition between labor and mind;The thought of taking exams is fettered and the burden of academic work is too heavy;Insufficient social support and lack of collaboration between home and school.Then,it proposes improvement strategies for the implementation of primary school labor education curriculum in the new era from six aspects: optimizing curriculum objectives,integrating curriculum resources,enriching curriculum content,improving teaching processes,emphasizing social support,and improving curriculum evaluation.
