Research On The Problems Existing In The Labor Quality Of Rural Primary School Students And Educational Countermeasures

The combination of education and labor production is an important point of view of Marxist education theory,and it is also the guideline of our country's education.Labor education has important significance for students' all-round development.Primary school students in rural areas have more labor opportunities and better conditions for carrying out labor education.However,the author did not realize this in rural primary school work.Many rural children have no simple temperament,laziness does not like to participate in labor,student labor The quality is relatively low.What caused this phenomenon in the end led to the author's thinking.The problems existing in the work quality of rural primary school students deserve our attention and research.This study carried out a questionnaire survey of the labor quality of rural primary school students,and conducted statistical analysis on the collected data.It was found that the current rural primary school students' labor quality has the following problems: the primary school pupils lack of working ability;rural pupils lack of understanding of labor;rural students participate The enthusiasm of agricultural labor is not high enough;the good labor habits of rural pupils still need to be improved;At the same time,in combination with interviews with students,parents,and teachers,the reasons for the emergence of labor education problems in rural primary schools were explored from four perspectives: society,schools,families,and students themselves,and an education strategy to improve the quality of primary school pupils' work was proposed: the quality education was effectively implemented.,Position the labor education;Establish a complete labor education system;Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and teaching management of labor education;Pay attention to the integration of labor education and other four education;Home-school cooperation,raise parents' awareness of labor education;Build labor education Base,providing labor education places for students.
