With the advent of Intelligence Education Era,Computer Education has become an essential course for primary and middle school students. These introduced documents have showed that they encourage the development of programming courses in the stage of basic education. As a new programming tool,Scratch software is loved by the teenagers and children, which has many characteristics, such as it is simple to learn, high interest and so on.However,in the daily teaching,we can find that the traditional teaching style can not maintain students’ interest in learning. From a long point of view, the learning effect is greatly reduced. The Curriculum Standards of Information Technology for Compulsory Education, which published in 2022,clearly states that educators should innovate their teaching methods and establish real situations which can improve students’ participation in learning.Gamification teaching is an innovative teaching method. It has gradually entered the vision of information educators with its good combination with various disciplines. Therefore, this study aims to integrate gamified elements into Scratch class, discuss the general process of Scratch gamified teaching design, and make continuous improvement in actions.By the way,the author hopes to obtain effective implementation strategies and suggestions.First of all,by reading relevant literature, the author found the implementation status of gamified teaching at home and abroad and defined the core concept of gamified teaching. The theoretical supports of this passage are the theory of "learning by doing",gamified teaching theory and situational cognition theory.Secondly, through questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview,we know that teachers still use the traditional teaching method of "lecturing" in the current programming teaching. What’s more, students are afraid of learning programming.According to the results, the author selected the appropriate teaching content. Then based on the characteristics of learners, the author chose the appropriate game elements and the gamification teaching process design is integrated into the five teaching links of "Sutional introduction"——Cooperative exploration——Independent creation——Communication and display——Summary and evaluation".Next, the author conducted three experiments which based on the teaching content of The Test of the Brave in three parallel classes in Grade 5 of Y Primary School in Taizhou. And then the author analyzed the classroom performance and teaching effect on students with the help of student interviews, classroom observation tables and other tools. The author revised the teacher activities, student activities and the use of game elements in the gamification teaching process, improved the gamification teaching application strategies. At last, the author summarized and affirmed the general process and teaching effect of gamification teaching with the help of the completion of student learning evaluation form, work evaluation form and learning list.Through three action research, the general process of ganification teaching in primary school Scratch is verified. At the same time, the application strategies of gamification teaching are summarized including the necessity of formulating reasonable game rules in the design of gamification teaching, which can help control classroom discipline and give students appropriate incentives. With the clear division of labor in groups, students are able to do each duty very well.Through the group cooperation and inter-group competition, students’ cooperation sprit has been cultivated. The author adopted diversified evaluation methods:the comprehensive use of pen and paper test, the personality creation,self-evaluation and other evaluation methods and so on.All of these have enhanced students’ ability of independent learning. The author hopes that this study can provide reference for the future development of gamification teaching.
