As a new discipline,programming is developing vigorously in the field of education.Programming education has been incorporated into primary and secondary school education in all countries in the world.How to effectively cultivate students' programming thinking has become an important issue in the development of education in the era of artificial intelligence.Scratch has become the preferred tool for primary school programming teaching due to its characteristics of simple operation and strong interest.Learners can complete the program design simply by dragging and dropping the mouse.Despite the rapid development of Scratch programming teaching in China,it is still in the early stage of research.The scope of its promotion is mostly limited to extracurricular training or interest classes,while most of the teaching focuses on teacher demonstration and student imitation,and insufficient attention is paid to students' information literacy and comprehensive ability.With the overall goal of cultivating students' programming thinking in primary school,this study integrates experiential teaching with programming courses,aiming to improve students' problem analysis and solving ability while transferring knowledge.By analyzing the objectives and contents of Scratch programming teaching in primary school,and according to the characteristics and requirements of experiential teaching activities,this study plans and designs four types of teaching activities: experience acquisition,error correction and reflection,principle and concept,and problem solving.Among them,different types of teaching activities take different links of experiential teaching as the teaching starting point,and the implementation process of teaching activities will be different due to students' knowledge level and teaching content.Then,according to the characteristics of each type of teaching activities design and compile the corresponding teaching cases.During the three-month teaching practice,students' complete learning process and development of programming thinking were recorded by means of works evaluation and classroom observation,so as to analyze the teaching effect and verify the effectiveness of experiential teaching activity design.Institute of research results show that the design of experiential teaching accords with the cognitive development law of primary school students,can effectively help students to grasp the concept of program design language,conditions,and logic,and effectively promote the learners' ability of program design and problem solving ability,and then implements the training of the students' overall goal programming thinking.
