The Educational Guidance For The Lost Idol Worship Of Teenagers

The teenagers are in the critical period of "jointing-booting stage",the teenagers’ idol worship should be "Lei Feng spirit" as the main subject,promote the love of the people,selfless dedication of the spirit rooted in the root system of teenagers’ growth and development.The company’s main goal is to build the soul of teenagers’ idol worship with the spirit of "Lei Feng" and to guide them to a healthy idol worship.However,in recent years,some teenagers worship idols such as Zhai Tianlin,Zheng Shuang,Fan Bingbing,Wu Yifan,etc.Which are unethical and illegal,and some teenagers even act against morality and rule of law in the process of idol worship,such as illegally installing positioning in idol vehicles,violating and selling personal information of idols,and disturbing the order of public places such as airports and aircrafts.This is the deviation and loss of teenagers’ idol worship,which is contrary to the mainstream idol worship idea of promoting the "spirit of Lei Feng" in the new era and needs to be guided by teachers in school education.As of March 26,2023,an advanced search was conducted in the Du Xiu Book Database with "The Purpose of Education" as the title and "Alfred North Whitehead" as the author,and the search results showed that the book "The Purpose of Education" had been translated by 12 different scholars in the 20 years from 2002 to 2022.It can be seen that the philosophical thought of Alfred North Whitehead,a British philosopher and educator,is profoundly insightful and has unique value and significance for education.In this paper,we examine the problem of idol worship among teenagers from the perspective of the aesthetics of Whitehead’s philosophy of process,from the perspective of "what is" and "where is" of beauty,and propose corresponding educational guidance from teachers in school education.This is the innovation of this paper.The paper consists of the following four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly deals with the reasons for choosing the topic of this paper;the literature review on the two topics of "teenagers’ idol worship" and "Whitehead’s aesthetic theory";the definition of the concepts of idol worship and beauty;the purpose and significance of this paper,the research method and the innovation of this paper.The second part is Chapter 2,which mainly explores the main contents of Whitehead’s aesthetic theory.Through the study of The Adventure of Ideas and Process and Reality,the contents of Whitehead’s aesthetic theory are sorted out,and on the basis of the previous studies,the main contents of Whitehead’s aesthetic theory are elaborated from two aspects: "what is" of beauty and "where is" of beauty.The third part is Chapter 3,which mainly discusses the necessary state and the actual state of the teenager’s idol worship.According to the requirements of the relevant policies and documents issued by the state and the Ministry of Education and the guidance of Whitehead’s aesthetic theory,the study finds that the necessary state of teenagers’ idol worship mainly involves the following three aspects: teenagers’ idol worship should carry out the requirements of establishing moral education;teenagers’ idol worship should meet the need of educating morality with beauty;teenagers’ idol worship should resist the tendency of vulgarity and vulgarity.The actual problems of the teenager’s idol worship are mainly manifested in the following three aspects:teenager’s idol worship ignores the pursuit of goodness;teenager’s idol worship belittles the pursuit of truth;teenager’s idol worship ignores the pursuit of beauty.The fourth part is Chapter 4,which focuses on Whitehead’s aesthetic theory to provide teachers with four aspects of educational guidance in the lost idol worship of teenagers.It mainly includes: teachers should conduct conceptual adventures to expand their understanding of beauty;teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of goodness in the teenagers’ idol worship;teachers should enhance the pursuit of truth in the teenagers’ idol worship;and teachers should cultivate the pursuit of beauty in the teenagers’ idol worship.
