Research On The Present Situation Of Idol Worship And Educational Guidance Of Junior Middle School Students In Rural Areas

Idolatry is an eye-catching phenomenon in the growth of teenagers.Most of the researches on idolatry focus on urban teenagers,but there are few studies on rural junior high school students.The research on the current situation of idol worship of rural junior high school students,on the one hand,can make up for the research vacancy of idol worship phenomenon in rural junior high school students,on the other hand,it can provide theoretical basis for the education and guidance of rural junior high school students' idol worship phenomenon.In this rapidly developing society,we should always pay attention to rural students and provide valuable opinions and suggestions for rural junior high school students' mental health education.Therefore,the research on the phenomenon of idolatry of rural junior high school students has practical and theoretical significance.The object of this study is from a junior high school in Feidong County,Anhui Province.Through a questionnaire survey of rural junior high school students,it is concluded that the current situation of idol worship of rural junior high school students,including the type of idol worship,the reason of idol worship,the degree of idol worship involved.The results of data analysis show that idolatry is common among rural junior high school students,accounting for 71.1%.There is a significant difference in the proportion of idolatry between boys and girls,and the proportion of idolatry of girls is much higher than that of boys.Rural junior high school students are more inclined to entertainment stars,such as singers and movie stars,and most of them are male stars,which is significantly different in the gender of students.In the reasons for idolatry,rural junior high school students do not have high requirements for the appearance of idols.Compared with the sensory enjoyment brought by appearance,they pay more attention to the internal quality of idols,which is different from previous research results;in the degree of involvement in idol worship,the results show that the proportion of irrational worship of rural junior high school students is very high,and there are significant differences in gender and grade.In addition,students who take stars as idols are more involved than other types.Finally,according to the present situation of idolatry of rural junior high school students reflected in the study,the paper puts forward some educational and guiding measures to solve the problem of idolatry behavior of rural junior high school students.so as to improve the cultural judgment of rural junior high school students,urge educators to define scientific educational methods,enrich campus learning and cultural life,and give full play to the correct guidance of the mass media.This paper puts forward more feasible educational strategies from the perspective of teachers,parents and society.
