| It is the goal and task of our sports power to carry out national fitness campaign and strengthen youth sports.With the popularity of tennis in China,it is favored by teenagers.In recent years,a large number of youth tennis clubs have emerged in Sichuan Province,which have played a positive role in the rapid development of sports in Sichuan Province.Due to the lack of unified industry standards and codes of conduct,there are a number of problems in the training behavior of youth tennis clubs in Sichuan Province,which seriously damages the interests of consumers and restricts the development of tennis training industry,which should be paid attention to and treated.In this study,literature,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other methods were used to study Sichuan youth tennis clubs,and club managers,coaches,students and parents were investigated.By combing the research status of Chinese youth sports training,as well as investigating the current situation of Sichuan youth tennis club,this paper analyzes the situation of Sichuan youth tennis club training behavior anomy,investigates the causes of anomy,and explores the normative path of Sichuan youth tennis club.The research shows that:(1)there are coaches in Sichuan youth tennis clubs who work without licenses and have abnormal teaching qualifications.The coaches tend to be younger,and they are mostly part-time coaches with a bachelor’s degree or above.The main source is students from physical education colleges in universities.There are many phenomena that the coaches can not meet the requirements of normal teaching skills and insufficient teaching experience.The students and their parents are not satisfied with the teaching effect of the coaches of Sichuan Youth Tennis Club.(2)The curriculum system of youth tennis clubs in Sichuan Province is abnormal,and there is no unified teaching syllabus or teaching plan.Students’ assessment standards are not uniform.Students are assessed only through competitions,and the content of semester or academic year assessment is lacking and imperfect.(3)There is no unified price standard for youth tennis clubs in Sichuan province because of market competition and Chinese youth sports training fees are not transparent;In Sichuan Province,the one-time charge of youth tennis clubs is more than 5000 yuan and the time span is more than 3 months,resulting in the unreasonable charge of youth tennis training.(4)The internal organization and management of youth tennis clubs in Sichuan Province is abnormal.Most clubs conduct tax business through agent companies and do not set up special financial departments.Moreover,most club functional departments have unclear responsibilities and confused functions.(5)The safety management of youth tennis clubs in Sichuan Province is abnormal.Some clubs do not have full-time or part-time security personnel,and have poor safety awareness.They do not organize regular safety drills.(6)The reasons for the improper training behavior of youth tennis clubs in Sichuan Province mainly include: the lack of governance ability of the government and the blurred boundary of responsibility and right;Lack of independent development and weak supervision and management of sports association;The club’s research and development mechanism is weak and the level of coaches is not optimistic;Students and parents supervision consciousness is weak and the club self-discipline is poor.Measures and suggestions:(1)The club should strengthen internal training and improve the course system.(2)Strictly select and recruit teachers and strengthen team construction.(3)Improve the internal management,consciously standardized charges.(4)Establish a diversified supervision pattern based on the social participation model.(5)The government has a clear division of labor and strict supervision.(6)Establish industry benchmark and realize industry norm. |
