| In 2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era 2.0",which pointed out the need to cultivate a group of high-quality,professional and innovative basic education teachers.In the 2021 government work report,it was clearly pointed out that "building a high-quality education system" and emphasized that "building a high-quality and professional teaching team is necessary." Facing this high-quality development demand,how to cultivate outstanding teachers is worth our constant exploration.As future teacher candidates,it is undoubtedly the best plan for normal university students to carry out outstanding teacher pre-service training programs.As early as 1987,the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards(NBPTS)proposed "outstanding teachers" in the United States,which has rich experience in cultivating outstanding teachers.As one of the first four universities in the "New Era Teacher Program" in the United States,Michigan State University has set a model for cultivating outstanding teachers.Therefore,analyzing and applying its project implementation experience is of great significance and value for promoting the development of pre-service teachers in China.This study uses literature research,case analysis,and comparative research methods.Based on screening and analyzing a large number of domestic and foreign materials,using constructivist learning theory and ternary interaction theory,it introduces the background and development stage of the pre-service training program for outstanding teachers in the United States.The research was conducted using the Michigan State University preprimary school teacher training project as an example.The goal,curriculum,educational practice,and extension project of the project were studied.Through analyzing the content and implementation of the project,three characteristics of the project are obtained: enrollment tends to be independent,selection tends to be ability oriented;The curriculum is diverse and students can choose independently;Carry out phased internship,pay attention to teacher cooperation and guidance,achieve result and shortcomings by introducing the product and analyzing features.Finally,it provides inspiration for China to further build an outstanding teacher team: establish standards for the cultivation of outstanding teachers,and gradually improve the training objectives;Expand enrollment groups and diversify the recruitment and selection of normal school students;Deeply optimize the curriculum structure and promote the combination of theory and practice;Establish a tripartite guidance model and build a communication system for practice. |
