Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Local Talent Team Construction In Taixing City

Building an agricultural power is a major strategic goal first put forward by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.To achieve this goal,we must grasp the core elements of talents,focus on cultivating and effectively utilizing the local talents who are most compatible with the countryside,the agriculture and the farmers,sing the good voice of China with the pure local accent,and provide a strong guarantee for comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization and realizing an agricultural power.This paper focuses on the new situation,new tasks and new requirements of building an agricultural power,based on the local characteristics of Taixing City,based on human capital theory,incentive theory and other theories,comprehensively adopts literature analysis,field research and other research methods to study the problems and countermeasures of the construction of local talent team in Taixing City,aiming at finding weaknesses,finding problems and in-depth analysis of the internal reasons.In order to provide some reference for the comprehensive rural revitalization and high-quality development,the paper puts forward some optimized countermeasures and suggestions.This paper shows that although Taixing attaches great importance to the work of rural talents in recent years and has made some achievements in the construction of rural talents by establishing three mechanisms,implementing three projects and establishing three modes,there is still a certain gap compared with the requirements of building an agricultural power and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.There are problems such as insufficient total number of rural talents,low quality,poor structure,and not obvious role play.The main reasons are not strong enough attraction of the countryside itself,the importance of local talents to be improved,the training mechanism is not sound,the lack of development platform and other factors.Therefore,This paper puts forward suggestions on establishing a rural development ecology friendly to local talents,perfecting the work organization system of local talents,perfecting the cultivation system of local talents and perfecting the development system of local talents.It is hoped that it can broaden horizons and expand ideas for the cultivation of local talents in Taixing City,promote and improve the whole chain system and mechanism of"education,introduction and retention" in line with the growth law and development characteristics of local talents,and provide strong talent support for striving to write a new chapter of "strong,rich,beautiful and high" modernization of Taixing City.
