| 19th CPC National Congress put forward the relevant policy of "Rural Revitalization" strategy,according to the revitalization of rural education and priority development of education to implement.With the rapid development of social economy,the problem of insufficient balance between urban and rural education development still exists,and the shortage of rural PE teachers is the main reason for the slow development of rural PE education,so the construction of rural PE teaching team plays an important role in the development of rural education.Q county L education park as a demonstration park for the development of education in poor counties,the article focuses on the construction of its physical education teachers team,which is of positive significance to optimize the allocation of physical education teachers resources and narrow the gap between urban and rural education in poor counties L education parks under the background of rural revitalization.The teaching mode of L education park in Q county has positive reference and reference value in solving the problem of education in rural poor areas.By means of literature,interview,questionnaire and so on,this paper takes the construction of physical education teachers in L education park as the research object,and studies the present situation,existing problems and reasons of the construction of physical education teachers from the perspective of rural revitalization,and optimizes countermeasures.(2)The pay level of PE teachers is in line with the salary standard of local teachers,but the part-time PE teachers’ salary is on the low side and the performance appraisal index is not clear;(3)the teaching and research activities in the park are well carried out,which can greatly promote the professional development of teachers and teaching;but the investment in education funds,the organization of training,the importance of leadership,and the equipment of physical education teaching conditions are difficult to meet the inherent needs of PE teachers;(4)Promotion of professional titles in the security measures of the park,housing security is conducive to the introduction of rural PE teachers,but in the work of PE teachers,the curriculum arrangement is relatively close,teaching tasks are heavy,part-time phenomenon is serious,resulting in PE teachers pressure,professional well-being and loyalty is not high;(5)The operation of the "walking teaching" mode of the park can make up for the shortage of rural PE teaching conditions and hardware facilities and the shortage of teachers,but the mobility of teachers is not conducive to the cultivation of teachers and students’ emotion.Finally,according to the conclusion of the research,it puts forward three theories:strengthening the implementation of "rural revitalization ",building multi-channel,multi-level and all-round supplementary channels for teachers;strengthening the investment of education funds,increasing training opportunities,improving the working and living treatment of teachers;perfecting the system of honor and assessment of rural teachers and perfecting the " walking teaching " deficiency;giving corresponding preferential policies to attract more outstanding graduates to teach in rural areas and other optimization countermeasures. |
