| Traditional ethnic sports culture is one of our precious cultural resources,promoting the implementation and development of traditional ethnic sports projects in colleges and universities is of great significance to carry forward traditional ethnic sports culture and build a sports power.Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the characteristics of disciplines,continue to deepen the reform of physical education teaching,carry out the national policy of "healthy China" and "sports power",combine the ethnic traditional sports items with the theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,enrich the content construction of disciplines,highlight the characteristics of running a school,reflect the important function and prominent role of higher education schools,and enhance the applicability of physical education courses.This paper mainly investigates and studies the development status of ethnic traditional sports in public physical education courses of traditional Chinese medicine.Four representative universities of traditional Chinese medicine are selected as survey objects.Through field visits and questionnaire surveys,the actual situation of ethnic traditional sports courses in public physical education courses of four universities of traditional Chinese medicine is understood.It also puts forward solutions to the problems faced by the current development of ethnic traditional sports in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to better promote the development of ethnic traditional sports in colleges and universities,and also provide reference for the campus communication and development of ethnic traditional sports culture.Based on the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics,and relying on national policies and college teaching syllabuses,and based on the theories of pedagogy,ethnology and physical education,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of ethnic traditional sports in public physical education courses of four colleges and universities,and draws the following conclusions:1.The curriculum content of ethnic traditional sports carried out by the four TCM universities is relatively simple,and students’ choices are relatively limited;The teaching means are relatively simple,which can not meet the students’ learning needs in many aspects.The proportion of process assessment is low,which is not conducive to improving students’ enthusiasm.2.The lack of publicity and promotion of extracurricular sports activities leads to low participation of students in extracurricular sports activities,which cannot effectively stimulate students’ interest in learning.3.Teachers and students in the four universities of traditional Chinese medicine have a relatively high degree of cognition and love for traditional ethnic sports.Due to the inconsistency,old and lack of innovation in the teaching materials of traditional ethnic sports,students’ sports level is uneven,which restricts the development of traditional ethnic sports in universities to a certain extent.4.There is a shortage of full-time teachers in the four TCM colleges and universities,and some teachers need to improve their professional degree.They lack professional skills and understanding of ethnic traditional sports,which makes it difficult to achieve the expected teaching effects and objectives.5.In the four TCM colleges and universities,the facilities for ethnic traditional sports are insufficient and the number of students is too large to meet the needs of students’ activities.To a certain extent,the development of ethnic traditional sports in colleges and universities is hindered.School leaders and relevant departments should raise students’ attention to ethnic traditional sports and increase the publicity and promotion of ethnic traditional sports.In view of the problems existing in the national traditional sports in the public physical education courses of the four universities of traditional Chinese medicine,the following development strategies are put forward:1.The four universities of traditional Chinese medicine should clarify the teaching objectives of traditional ethnic sports courses,innovate teaching methods,strengthen ideological and political construction of traditional ethnic sports courses,constantly improve course content,increase the proportion ofprocess assessment,and increase students’ interest in class.2.Strengthen publicity through various media to encourage students to participate in traditional national sports activities.Carry out various forms of ethnic traditional sports events and activities,create a good ethnic traditional sports campus cultural atmosphere,enrich students’ after-school life,carry forward ethnic traditional culture.3.The four colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine should focus on students and,according to the requirements of relevant departments,select teaching materials with rich contents of traditional ethnic sports items and compile teaching materials of traditional ethnic sports courses with local characteristics according to the development needs of students,so as to improve the teaching quality.4.Strengthen the construction of teaching staff,vigorously support teachers’ further education and post-service training,introduce outstanding talents in ethnic traditional sports projects,and promote the development of the guarantee level of ethnic traditional sports courses in TCM colleges and universities by combining the cultivation of students and teachers.5.Clarify the positioning of ethnic traditional sports in TCM colleges and universities,strengthen the construction of disciplines,and promote the development of ethnic traditional sports culture;School leaders need to abandon the old concept of valuing literature over martial arts and change to a new concept.In teaching activities to further stimulate students to participate in the national traditional sports enthusiasm and fun,strengthen the level of students’ sports skills;It is necessary to stimulate students’ interest in traditional national sports,cultivate students’ national consciousness and carry forward traditional national sports culture. |
