Research On College Students' Rural Employment Willingness Under The Background Of Rural Revitalizatio

In the context of rural revitalization,the rural employment of college students can both solve the employment problems of college students and promote the construction of rural revitalization.This paper takes college students in L province as the research object,firstly,analyzes the current situation of college students’ rural employment intention through a questionnaire survey,secondly,conducts cross analysis from four dimensions of individual characteristics,family factors,work factors and social support to rural employment intention,and initially comes up with 23 variables that affect college students’ rural employment intention,i.e.education,major,place of birth and so on,and then uses SPSS22.0 statistical software A binary logistic regression analysis was then conducted to find out that education,place of origin,suitability of major,rural love,life value,family attitude and employment pressure had an impact on the willingness to work in rural areas.Finally,the following countermeasures were proposed: the government’s linkage to improve the penetration of incentive policies,the universities’ leadership to enhance the adaptability of rural-oriented employment,rural organizations to enhance the attractiveness of rural-oriented employment.
