| In recent years,China ’s colleges and universities have generally implemented the policy of enrollment expansion,and the number of college graduates has been increasing.At the same time,under the background of the post-epidemic era,the economic depression of various industries has caused the saturation of human capital in enterprises,exacerbating the widespread contradiction between supply and demand of college students ’ employment.At the same time,the rural revitalization strategy is continuously advancing.At present,the number of rural talents in China is insufficient,and the development of rural areas urgently needs intellectual support.Therefore,in the case of the increasingly severe employment situation of college students and the shortage of rural talents,it is a feasible strategy to promote college students to go to rural employment.On the whole,college students ’ willingness to work in rural areas is not high.In order to improve college students ’ willingness to work in rural areas,it is necessary to deeply analyze the influencing factors of college students ’ willingness to work in rural areas,so as to put forward relevant suggestions to help college students adapt to the development needs of the current era,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and promote rural economic development.Based on this research background,this paper explores the influencing factors of college students ’ rural employment willingness and promotes the rural employment willingness of college students as the research goal,and conducts the following aspects of research and analysis.First of all,a detailed review and collation of the relevant literature on the issue of rural employment of college students at home and abroad,especially the research results of rural employment of college students in southwest China,combing the factors affecting the willingness of college students to work in rural areas.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of colleges and universities in Chongqing and the relevant theoretical basis,and then based on the results of the literature,a questionnaire on the rural employment willingness of college students in Chongqing was designed.Through the questionnaire survey of college students in Chongqing,the current situation and influencing factors of their rural employment willingness were understood.The main influencing factors and relevant conclusions were obtained by using spssau software for logistic binary regression analysis.Finally,based on the research results of this paper,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the employment willingness of college students in rural areas.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influencing factors of rural employment intention of college students in Chongqing.Through the data analysis of the questionnaire,it is found that the rural employment intention of college students in Chongqing is generally low,and they are more inclined to stable work in the process of rural employment.Subsequently,logistic binary regression was used to analyze the influence of various factors on the choice of rural employment willingness of college students.Among them,personal factors have a significant impact,including college students ’ grade and graduation years,understanding of relevant favorable policies and acceptance of rural life.The significant factors in family factors are family location,family attitude and family bias.The economic factors that have a significant impact include the minimum psychological wage,the importance of wages,the future development space,the level of rural consumption and rural employment opportunities.The significant factors in social support factors are the support of all sectors of society,the level of rural infrastructure construction and the attractiveness of relevant policies.Finally,according to the analysis results and the research results of previous scholars,the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of college students themselves and their families,universities,society,rural areas and the government,that is,students and parents change the traditional employment concept,colleges and universities strengthen the construction of rural employment education system for college students,the government pays attention to the influence of society on rural employment public opinion and increases support,and rural areas accelerate economic development to improve infrastructure level and other related countermeasures,in order to promote the willingness of college students to work in rural areas and promote the process of rural revitalization strategy. |
