The Party and government have done many contributions since the establishment of New China, such as paying attention to the protection, inheritance, and development of minority cultures all the time, giving vigorous support to the innovative development of various types of cultural arts of minorities, taking the initiative to promote cultural exchanges between various ethnic groups, respecting and protecting the customs and habits of minorities, rescuing and protecting the cultural heritage of minorities,as well as developing and promoting education in minority areas. The traditional culture of ethnic minorities is rich and colorful and has unique connotations. However, under the background of rapid social development, the inheritance of ethnic minority culture has been greatly impacted, how to effectively inherit the traditional minority culture is an important issue we can not avoid. The inheritance and development of minority traditional culture requires the joint efforts of the whole society and all walks of life, and schools are one of the important positions for the inheritance and development of minority culture, the course of ethnic culture is an important approach to the inheritance and development of ethnic culture.Russia is a large country with nearly200 ethnic groups, which spans Asia and Europe, has a complex ethnic composition and numerous ethnic groups. The traditional minority cultures are still maintained though the history of Russia’s ethnic development has been full of twists and turns,in which the balanced development among various ethnic groups forms a unique unified multi-ethnic groups country. The Nanai ethnic group in Russia is the ethnic group of the same origin that lives across the border with the Hezhe ethnic group in China along the banks of the Amur River in Heilongjiang Province. With abundant material and spiritual cultural resources,Nanai ethnic group’s cultural resources can be inherited and developed through ethnic prescribed courses, regional courses, and extracurricular activities in schools. As a primary school located in the administrative village of Nanai District in the Khabarovsk border region implementing Russian primary general education, the Third Primary School of Troitskoye Village not only integrates the Nanai ethnic group culture into the world, technology, art, music, and physical education courses around the ethnic prescribed curriculum, which also sets regional courses of literature of the Nanai language with ethnic characteristics,as well as extracurricular activities highlighting the features of the school. In this thesis, the methods of literature research, case analysis, and comparative research are used and the Third Primary School of Troitskoye Village is taken as an example to carry out the research on the current ethnic cultural curriculum of the Nanai ethnic group in Russia.Besides, the ethnic culture curriculum of the Third Primary School of Troitskoye Village is analyzed,in which the features and problems of the ethnic culture curriculum in the school are summarized. Finally, the ethnic cultural curriculum of the Russian Nanai ethnic group and the ethnic cultural curriculum of the Chinese Hezhen ethnic group is contrasted.Based on this, the experience can be provided for the further promotion of the ethnic cultural curriculum of the Hezhen ethnic group in China and the Russian Nanai ethnic group,so the ethnic cultural curriculum of the two countries can be further developed.Russia is one of China’s significant partners in the construction of "the Belt and Road Initiative".The research on the two countries’ ethnic groups of the same origin can facilitate the further development of people’s connectivity project "the Belt and Road Initiative" between the two countries.
