Under the multi-cultural background,the problem of the adaptability of the curriculum in ethnic minority regions of China has become increasingly prominent.Under the impetus of the new round of curriculum reform,the rational exploitation and using of the available curriculum resources of the ethnic culture,the more perfect of the curriculum system in the ethnic minority areas,have already become very important in our curriculum reform of primary education in ethnic minority regions,and they are also a realistic way to realize the substantial integration of national culture and modern education.The ethnic culture is a process of evolution and development from the simple to the complex,from the low level to the high level.Human creations as a result of this process exist in the form of symbols such as material,spiritual,institutional,and behavioral forms.It is these symbolic creations that govern the cultural psychology,the fundamental spirit,the behavioral habits,and the
