Research Objectives: To analyze the C704 difficult movements completed by athletes of different levels,to explore the changes of kinematic indicators in the process of completing difficult movements,to analyze the technical characteristics of each stage and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of athletes completing difficult movements,so as to provide a certain reference basis for the teaching and practice of athletes in targeted training and competitive aerobics.Research Methods: In this paper,an 8-lens infrared high-speed motion capture system was used to test the C704 difficulty movements of 4 high-level athletes and 4 ordinary athletes and obtain kinematic index data, and after sorting and summarizing the index data through Excel,SPSS was used to conduct an independent sample T test.Results:1.The total time required for high-level athletes to complete the movement and the time required for the turning stage are smaller than those of ordinary athletes.2.There were differences in the flexion and extension angles of the lower limbs of high-level athletes and ordinary athletes, and the cushioning angles were 35.13° and 18.24°,respectively.3.The fastest speed of knee and ankle displacement in the turning stage of high-level athletes reaches the maximum, which is different from that of ordinary groups.4.The ankle angle changes of the two groups of athletes in the end stage are generally the same, and there are differences in the knee angle at the end time, which are 175.46° and171.47°,respectively,and the high-level athletes are closer to the straight knee state, and the athletes all use the forefoot of the supporting leg to land on the ground.5.The displacement of the center of gravity of high-level athletes in the turning stage is small, and the height of the center of gravity reaches the maximum, but the displacement amplitude of the athletes in the general group is more significant in the left and right direction of movement, and the stability of the center of gravity of the athletes is relatively weak.Conclusions:1.The shoulder and wrist joints of the upper limbs of high-level athletes are displaced, and the time required for athletes to complete difficult movements is short.2.In the preparation stage,high-level athletes have a large cushioning angle of the knee joint of the lower limbs, and the athlete completes the action quickly.3.Ordinary athletes have small changes in knee angle and irregular sports characteristics at the end stage, and it is necessary to strengthen lower limb joint strength training.4.The displacement trend of the center of gravity of the two groups of athletes is the same, but the center of gravity changes more significantly in the left and right direction of movement in the turning stage of ordinary athletes, and the high-level athletes have high stability in completing movements, and have strong limb control and physical stability.
