Research On The Optimization Path Of Beijing Primary School After-School Sports Service Under The Background Of "Double Reduction" Policy

In order to better promote the overall development of primary and middle school students,improve the level of high-quality education,reduce the excessive school burden of students and solve the problem of parents taking their children after school in the afternoon,the state council promulgated the "double reduction" policy in July 2021.Stricter audits of out-of-school training institutions,an improvement in the quality of after-school services,a reduction in student business volume,a better learning environment,the satisfaction of various learning needs and the search for healthy student development are clearly identified.In this article,the author makes a study on the improvement of the quality and the efficiency of the after-class sports service in Beijing under the "double reduction" policy,38 primary schools in 12 districts of Beijing are taken as the research object,and various research methods such as literature,questionnaire,interview and logical analysis are adopted.This paper studies and analyzes the basic situation,basic conditions,student participation effect,student satisfaction and parents’ satisfaction of Beijing primary school after-school sports service,finds the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding optimization path,which also provides reference for Beijing primary school to carry out after-school sports service.Based on the research,the following conclusions are drawn:Through learning,38 primary schools in Beijing have launched after-school sports services,the overall development situation is good,but individual schools are not optimistic.As a whole,students show strong interest in after-school sports services and are willing to continue to participate in after-school sports services in the next semester.Parents are also very supportive of after-school sports services.The problems of after-school sports service in Beijing primary schools include:the higher leaders’ attention to after-school sports service needs to be improved;The source of sports funds needs to be expanded;Lack of teachers,teachers to improve the level;Venue equipment still needs to be optimized,limiting the development of some sports,can not fully meet the needs of students;The supervision and management of after-school sports services need to be strengthened;The service item is single,the service content still needs to be rich.The optimization path of "improving the quality and efficiency" of after-school sports services in Beijing primary schools includes: conscientiously implementing relevant policies;Actively expand the channel of resources;Promote the participation of professional forces;Rational planning and utilization of the site;Optimize and enrich the content of activities;Strengthen supervision and management.
