| The implementation of the "double reduction" policy has reduced the heavy homework burden and off-campus training burden for students,created an open and diverse learning environment for students,and truly played the role and value of physical education in the health and all-round development of students.Physical education has ushered in new opportunities for development.At the same time,due to the lack of physical exercise,primary and secondary school students suffer from poor eyesight,and the problem of obesity and overweight is becoming more and more serious.As the "world’s No.1 sport",football delay service can improve the problem of obesity and overweight and promote the healthy development of students’ physical and mental health.This study adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and interview,taking the collaborative path of primary school football delay service in Banan District of Chongqing as the research object,and some physical education teachers and parents of six primary schools in Banan District of Chongqing as the investigation object,to conduct interviews and questionnaires,and master the development of primary school football delay service in Banan District of Chongqing.The research draws the following conclusions:(1)After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,the primary school football delay service in Banan District of Chongqing is well developed,with the frequency of implementation and the number of students participating increased.In the process of launching the football delay service in the school,social forces give great support,half of the teachers are from outside the school;(2)For the fields and facilities required for football delay service,schools have different levels of equipment,poor standardization and low utilization;(3)Most parents support their children to participate in the football delay service.Among the parents who support it,most parents are satisfied with the football delay service carried out by the school;(4)The rules and regulations set up by the surveyed primary schools have different levels of completeness and implementation,but they have all set up a complete safety management system.By analyzing the factors affecting the development of football delay service,it is found that the higher the degree of attention of the responsible party,the more adequate facilities and resources,the more perfect the guarantee system,the higher the degree of support of the relevant party,the clearer the division of labor of the organization,the more conducive to the high-quality development of football delay service.After grasping the current situation of the development of primary school football delay service,the paper puts forward the collaborative development path of primary school football delay service:(1)carry out the delayed pre-job training and introduce multiple subjects to participate.Excellent retired athletes,full-time coaches and teachers in training institutions are encouraged to make up for the shortage of qualified teachers,and extended pre-service training is provided to them to increase the professionalism of teachers.(2)Give full play to the evaluation system and innovate the teaching evaluation model.Establish integrated teaching evaluation,comprehensively evaluate the quality of football delay service carried out by teachers,and enhance teachers’enthusiasm in teaching.(3)Create a fair education environment for primary school football delay service and give play to the main role of the government.The government has taken the initiative to provide subsidies or relief policies for families with financial difficulties to help promote the implementation of the"double reduction"policy and create equity in education.(4)Break the single fund barrier of sports delay service and realize the collaborative construction of multiple subjects.In addition to ensuring the supply of government funds,schools can seek support from various sources,and families and the government jointly provide financial security. |
