| Children’s peer negotiation ability is an important basic skill in interpersonal communication in the social field.Middle class children’s willingness to communicate with others is enhanced,and the phenomenon of cooperation difficulties,conflicts and complaints is obvious.The lack of children’s negotiation ability is one of the reasons.Regional activities are one of the more obvious activities that reflect children’s autonomy.There are more communication opportunities between children and their peers,and they are favorable places for children’s peers to negotiate.In this study,5 middle class children in A kindergarten in Beijing were selected as the research objects.Observation and interview methods were adopted to investigate the status quo of middle class children’s peer negotiation behavior in regional activities.The observation areas of each class were role area,construction area,puzzle area,book area and art area.The observation period was 8 weeks,and a total of 164 peer negotiation behavior events were recorded.Observation events were coded and recorded from four dimensions of negotiation subject,negotiation subject,negotiation strategy and negotiation result,and statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS26.0.The following conclusions are drawn from the analysis of current situation,problems and causes:(1)The peer negotiation behavior of middle class children in regional activities was mainly distributed in the construction area,followed by the book area,role area,puzzle area,and finally the art area;The negotiation subjects were mostly same-sex negotiation,and the negotiation initiators were more female than male.The main theme of negotiation is "point of view",among which "coordination intention" is the most.Negotiation strategies are mainly "other-oriented"."Request" and "explanation" are commonly used in combination,but the former is used as the main strategy.The negotiation result is mainly "successful negotiation".(2)There are the following problems in the peer negotiation behavior of middle class children in regional activities: the difference of same-sex negotiation subjects is obvious;The negotiation topic of "obtaining goods" occupies a relatively high proportion and ranks second in frequency.The negotiation strategy is single and negative.Some children have weak negotiation consciousness.The reasons for the above problems are analyzed from three dimensions: infant factors;Teacher factor;Regional factors.Based on the study of peer negotiation behavior in A garden,the author puts forward the corresponding educational suggestions: family education increases the early experience of children’s peer negotiation;Pay attention to children’s individual differences,teach according to their aptitude;Pay attention to the negotiation of educational concepts,teachers to achieve the unity of knowledge and practice;Guide peer consultation and analyze specific problems;Pay attention to teaching reflection and observation,improve professional ability;Rationalize regional arrangements and provide effective support. |
