In the social development of young children,negotiation is an important social behavior,which helps children to develop good social communication ability.In the interpretation of the Guide to Learning and Development of 3-and 6-year-olds,it is clearly pointed out that communication,cooperation,communication and consultation are indispensable parts of children’s interpersonal communication.Peer negotiation behavior plays an extremely important role in the social development of preschool children.As an important part of kindergarten activities,regional activities play an important role in all aspects of children’s development.Therefore,on the basis of previous research results,taking regional activities as the research background,combined with the experience of internship in kindergarten,this study adopts the methods of literature,observation and interview.this paper observes and records the current situation of peer negotiation behavior of middle class children in H kindergarten in Yanji City,and analyzes the existing problems.Through observation records and interviews with teachers and parents,to understand the causes of peer negotiation behavior problems of middle class children in regional activities and conduct in-depth research,on this basis,put forward the corresponding guiding suggestions.Through this observation and study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)In this study,in the middle class of H kindergarten in Yanji City,peer negotiation behavior occurs most frequently in the construction area,and the object of peer negotiation behavior is mostly same-sex negotiation;the theme of peer negotiation behavior is mainly "object" to negotiation,supplemented by "point of view" to negotiation;children’s peer negotiation behavior occurs more in positive strategies and less in negative strategies.The vast majority of peer negotiation behavior can be successful,but there is still negotiation failure among some children,indicating that some children still have negative negotiation behavior in negotiation.(2)Yanji H kindergarten middle class children in the regional activities of peer negotiation behavior of children is not strong;boys have less positive negotiation behavior;children lack negotiation skills;some children have negotiation failure and other problems.(3)Different types of regional activities,the space of regional activities,the materials of regional activities,teachers’ understanding of children’s peer negotiation behavior,teachers’ guidance level,family rearing style,family atmosphere,parents’ education level and other factors affect the development of peer negotiation behavior of middle class children in Yanji H kindergarten in regional activities.Based on the conclusions of the study,the following educational suggestions are put forward:(1)Teachers should attach importance to the cultivation of children’s good negotiation consciousness and ability;(2)Teachers should scientifically guide children’s peer negotiation behavior;(3)Teachers should pay attention to the guidance of all aspects of regional activities;(4)Teachers should give timely feedback to children’s peer negotiation behavior;(5)Teachers should help parents establish correct educational concepts and cultivate children’s negotiation consciousness;(6)Kindergarten provides appropriate regional activity materials;(7)Kindergarten reasonably arranges regional activity space.
