| This study takes the relationship between Jishou primary school students’ extracurricular physical exercise behavior and family sports environment as the research object,aiming to understand the situation of Jishou primary school students’ extracurricular physical exercise behavior and the current situation of family sports environment,analyze the family sports environmental factors affecting Jishou primary school students’ extracurricular physical exercise behavior,and find out the ways to promote the development of family sports New ways and methods to enhance pupils’ physique.This paper adopts stratified cluster random sampling,takes the fourth,fifth and sixth grade students and parents of qianya primary school,No.2 primary school,Yaxi primary school,railway middle school,Zhaiyang primary school and Aizhai primary school in Jishou City as the survey objectives,uses various research methods such as literature and mathematical statistics to assist the analysis,and uses statistical methods such as analysis of variance,independent sample t-test,chi square test,regression analysis and correlation analysis,Comprehensively analyze the overall situation of family sports environment and extracurricular physical exercise of primary school students in Jishou City,and compare the relationship between the two.Results:(1)the purpose of Jishou primary school students participating in extracurricular physical exercise was to enhance their physique by 75.25%;65.61% of the students chose to run.Chi square test showed that there were significant differences between boys and girls in extracurricular physical exercise time,intensity and amount of exercise(P = 0.000);There were significant differences in the intensity of extracurricular physical exercise among pupils of different grades(P = 0.022);80.96% of the students should exercise at least 1-2 times a week.(2)In the family sports behavior environment of primary school students in Jishou City,there were significant differences in logistics support and physical activity preference between different genders(P < 0.05);In the family sports physical environment of primary school students in Jishou City,there were significant differences in ball equipment,small fitness equipment,outdoor fitness equipment,fixed electronic media and other factors in the family sports physical environment of different grades(P < 0.05);In the family sports psychological environment of primary school students in Jishou City,there were significant differences in the psychological cost of failure,the expectation cost of important others and the work cost in the family sports psychological environment of different genders(P < 0.05).(3)The correlation coefficient between the amount of extracurricular physical exercise of primary school students in Jishou City and screen restriction,oral encouragement,physical activity example,logistics support,behavioral encouragement and physical activity preference in family sports behavior environment was 0.077 ~ 0.217(P < 0.05);The correlation coefficient between the amount of extracurricular physical exercise of primary school students in Jishou City and ball equipment,outdoor venues,strength training equipment and fixed electronic media in family physical environment was-0.150 ~ 0.157(P < 0.05);The correlation coefficient between the amount of extracurricular physical exercise of primary school students in Jishou City and the five factors of ability expectation,work difficulty,psychological cost of failure,expectation cost of important others and work cost in family sports psychological environment was 0.123 ~ 0.357(P < 0.05).(4)In the variation of extracurricular physical exercise time,the proportion explained by the multiple regression equation of family sports psychological environment and family sports behavior environment is 10.6%,and in the variation of extracurricular physical exercise volume,the proportion explained by the multiple regression equation of family sports psychological environment and family sports behavior environment is11.0%.Conclusion:(1)most students choose about 11 to 30 minutes for extracurricular exercise,and boys are more than girls in more than 60 minutes;The exercise intensity is mostly high-intensity but not lasting;Most students should exercise at least 1-2times a week;However,the amount of exercise is mainly low exercise.(2)From the perspective of family sports behavior environment,the overall average is at the medium level,and boys are more than girls in logistics support and physical activity preference;From the physical environment of family sports,the average value of family sports facilities is low.In small fitness equipment and outdoor fitness equipment,girls are better than boys;From the perspective of family sports psychological environment,on the whole,the situation of girls is better than that of boys in the psychological cost of failure and the expectation cost of important others.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between the amount of extracurricular physical exercise of primary school students in Jishou City and screen restriction,oral encouragement,physical activity example,logistics support,behavioral encouragement and physical activity preference in family sports behavior environment;The amount of extracurricular physical exercise of primary school students in Jishou City is significantly positively correlated with ball equipment,outdoor venues and strength training equipment in the family sports physical environment,and significantly negatively correlated with fixed electronic media;The amount of extracurricular physical exercise of primary school students in Jishou City is significantly positively correlated with ability expectation,work difficulty,psychological cost of failure,expectation of important others and work cost in family sports psychological environment.(4)In the regression analysis,the interaction of family sports behavior environment and family sports psychological environment has a significant positive prediction on the time,intensity and amount of extracurricular physical exercise;Family sports psychological environment has a significant positive prediction on the frequency of extracurricular physical exercise.Suggestions:(1)reasonably select the intensity of physical exercise and increase the confidence of physical exercise.(2)Cultivate parents’ correct value belief in physical exercise and establish a good concept of family sports.(3)Make rational use of school resources and improve students’ exercise ability.(4)Increase funds to build more public sports facilities and establish a benign family sports environment.(5)Strengthen the connection between family,school and community sports environment. |
