In recent years,through the joint efforts of the state and the education department,the overall physical health level of students has been improved,and various physical indicators have continued to improve,but the problems such as vision and obesity that existed in the past still exist.In addition,under the influence of the epidemic,people’s attention to physical health has increased significantly.The physical health of adolescents is closely paid close attention to by families,schools and societies.Under the normalization of the epidemic,family education plays a vital role in the main focus of primary school students’ home learning,and family sports,as a branch of family education,plays a decisive role in physical exercise,learning motor skills,enhancing physical fitness,and promoting personal physical and mental health for primary school students.In the family environment,the family sports atmosphere,sports equipment and facilities,the physical exercise habits of family members,the value cognition of sports and the degree of support for children’s physical exercise will have a subtle impact on the physical exercise behavior of primary school students.At present,most of the research related to family sports is about family sports concepts,sports atmosphere,etc.There are relatively few studies on family sports environment and physical exercise behavior,especially in the context of the normalization of the epidemic.In summary,this paper investigates and studies the influence of family sports environment on primary school students’ physical exercise behavior under the background of epidemic normalization in combination with the actual background,and explores the correlation and influence mechanism with primary school students’ physical exercise behavior from three dimensions of family sports environment.In this study,four research methods were mainly carried out by using the literature method,the Delphi method,the questionnaire survey method,and the mathematical statistics method.Five schools in the "5+2" area of Chengdu were selected as the survey schools,including Shuanglin Primary School,Tianyashi Primary School,Fangcao Primary School of High-tech Zone,Paulownia Tree Primary School,and Chengdu Jiaxiang Foreign Chinese School,and the fifth and sixth grade students and their parents in each school were selected as the survey objects.Through the correlation and regression analysis of the family sports environment and the physical exercise behavior of primary school students,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Under the normalization of the epidemic,the individual differences in the family sports environment of primary school students in Chengdu are obvious,the overall situation of the family sports environment is moderate,and there are differences in the family sports environment of families with different economic levels and education levels.There is a significant correlation between the indicators in the three dimensions of the home sports environment.(2)Under the normalization of the epidemic,there are differences in the physical exercise behavior of primary school students in Chengdu,and the level of exercise participation is different,and most students like to participate in sports and a small number of students lack physical exercise awareness.There are also differences in the intensity of participation in sports among primary school students.In the selection of physical exercise venues,it presents the characteristics of "low site requirements,easy to carry out,and simple operation".(3)There was a statistically significant positive correlation between family sports environment and primary school students’ physical exercise behavior,and the correlation degree of primary school students’ physical exercise behavior in three aspects: family sports behavior environment,family sports physical environment and family sports psychological environment was different.In view of the above conclusions obtained by the research analysis,the following suggestions are put forward according to the actual problems of the research:(1)Under the background of the normalization of the epidemic,parents should change their traditional sports concepts,set up exemplary roles as sports role models,and guide students to participate in exercise.(2)Improve material living standards,improve the physical environment of family sports,and provide sports material security.(3)The community should increase the publicity of the value of sports,and enhance the sports awareness and concept of family members.(4)Build a "trinity" training system of home-school clubs to cultivate primary school students to develop correct physical exercise behaviors. |
