| Due to the impact of the COVID-19,online education is highly valued by teaching institutions at home and abroad.Its flexible and open teaching mode allows students to get rid of the constraints of experimental time and location,and they can learn courses anytime,anywhere.However,the current online education content is concentrated on theoretical learning,lack of experimental teaching links,lack of equipment and single teaching methods hinder the development of experimental teaching.With the development of information technology,virtual experimental platforms have become the focus of experimental model reforms.Constructing a virtual experimental environment through virtualization technology can not only greatly reduce the cost of experimental infrastructure construction,but also provide various types of experimental environments.At the same time,the rapid development of cloud computing has injected new vitality into the development of experimental platforms.Colleges and universities at home and abroad have introduced cloud computing technology in the construction of experimental teaching platforms,so as to achieve efficient use and high sharing of teaching resources.Cloud computing experimental platforms have achieved initial results in network and computer teaching.Aiming at the experimental teaching problems existing in the control discipline,this thesis proposes a cloud computing-based control system virtual laboratory design plan,and selects typical experiments for experimental evaluation.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)We understand the structure,experimental content and procedures of traditional laboratories,then introduce conventional control methods and experimental evaluation methods,and summarize some problems existing in traditional laboratories.(2)We also introduce the development of virtual reality technology,choose the automatic thickness control system of rolling mill as the model of virtual experiment,derive the model and design virtual experiment software according to the model,including interface design,virtual simulation module design and solution process.(3)We analyze the problems of rolling mill experimental evaluation,introduce several commonly used experimental evaluation methods,choose the experimental evaluation method based on Bayesian network to introduce,from the principle,structure to its application,research the experimental performance evaluation model,and finally verify the The sensitivity and reliability of the model.(4)The overall structure design of the virtual experimental platform of the control system is determined,including the design of the network,cloud desktop,cloud network disk,and cloud management platform,we build the virtual experimental platform according to the design,introduce the process of server and management node configuration,and manage and use the experimental platform Introduced,and provide a perfect experimental platform for teachers and students. |
