Study On Influencing Factors And Improving Ways Of After-school Delayed Sports Service Quality For Primary School Students In Shandong Province

Young people are the future of a country and the hope of a nation.The development of education is the main way for young people to be strong.Among them,strengthening the after-school sports service for primary and middle school students is an important way to improve the comprehensive ability of young people.In 2017,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the "Guidance on Doing a good job in after-school Services for primary and secondary School Students",which put forward the main channel role,voluntary principle,content form,security and other work requirements of after-school delayed services for primary and secondary school students.The implementation of the "double reduction"policy in September 2021 has strengthened the after-school sports education function,enriched the supply of high-quality education resources and other tasks,and further promoted the implementation and implementation of after-school delay services.In June 2022,the three ministries and commissions of the State jointly issued the Notice on Improving the level of after-school Sports Service and Promoting the healthy growth of primary and Middle school students,requiring primary and middle school schools to adhere to the educational concept of health first and effectively promote the implementation of after-school delayed sports service.However,although the after-school delayed sports service has achieved certain theoretical and practical results,the after-school delayed sports service still has the phenomenon of uneven development level and insufficient service supply of urban and rural primary schools.Therefore,how to improve after-school delay sports service quality has become an important proposition to be studied and solved.Based on the theory of total quality management and the theory of multiple collaboration,this study adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method,starts from the influencing factors of after-school delayed sports service quality,puts forward hypotheses and verifies the model of influencing factors of service quality,explains the direct and indirect effects of influencing factors on service quality,and designs the improvement path of after-school delayed sports service for primary school students in Shandong Province to provide support for improving service quality.The study mainly concluded the following:As a major education province,Shandong has some practical obstacles in the aspect of after-school delayed sports service,such as lack of field facilities,imbalance of service level,shortage of physical education teachers and fuzzy service mechanism,which restrict the efficient implementation of after-school delayed sports service and to some extent affect the comprehensive development and healthy growth of primary school students in Shandong Province.Based on the practice of after-school delayed sports service for primary school students in Shandong Province,this study comprehensively applies the theory of total quality management and synergitics,adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,and is based on the development status of after-school delayed sports service for primary school students in Shandong Province to clarify the factors affecting the quality of service.Through the empirical test,the research sequence of service quality improvement path design is carried out.The conclusions of this study mainly include four aspects:(1)At present,the overall development trend of after-school delayed sports service for primary school students in Shandong Province is good,promoted by policies at all levels.However,it is still restricted by venue facilities,teachers and other factors.The service supply is slightly weak,and the service mechanism has not been formed,and there is a certain gap between the service level of urban,county and rural primary schools.(2)There are eight direct factors affecting the quality of after-school delayed sports service for primary school students in Shandong Province,which are school participation,student participation,service process coordination,service process planning,service process organization,quality evaluation,demand feedback and safety supervision.At the same time,there are also five indirect influencing factors,namely,government indirectly affects service quality through safety supervision,service process organization indirectly affects service quality through social participation,incentive mechanism indirectly affects service quality through service process coordination,school indirectly affects service quality through service process planning,and students indirectly affects service quality through demand feedback.(3)The design of the quality improvement path of after-school delayed physical education services for primary school students in Shandong Province is guided by Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics for the new era.It follows the principles of people-oriented,multi-subject collaboration,social recognition,and allocation of rights and responsibilities to achieve the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality and promote the comprehensive development of students.The design proposes four paths to improve the quality of after-school delayed physical education services,including building a multi-subject collaborative service model of "school-one society-one government",promoting the diversification of the content of after-school delayed physical education services,strengthening the quality management of the service process,and enhancing the regulation mechanisms of "Three Full Education" in after-school delayed physical education services.(4)In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the path to improve the quality of after-school delay sports service for primary school students in Shandong Province,this study puts forward four safeguard measures,namely,strengthening the policy guidance of delay service,improving the quality of hardware of delay service,increasing the investment of delay service and strengthening the construction of talents of delay service.
