| The contradiction between learning and training has been a problem that has not been avoided in the training of sports talents in China for decades.In order to achieve the goal of"cultivating comprehensively developed athletes",in the 1980s,a model of combining physical education with "school" was carried out.However,from a perspective of decades later,the combination of physical education and physical education has not really solved the contradiction between athletes’ learning and training,but has weakened both "learning" and "training" of athletes.With social progress and further economic development,the General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China have jointly issued the"Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Youth".Since then,various sports and education departments have innovated their ideas and taken multiple measures to explore the difficulties and pain points of the integration of sports and education in order to ensure the learning of young athletes.This article will systematically analyze the contradiction between learning and training of professional athletes in Ningxia from this perspective,And provide corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems of learning and training.This study investigated athletes,coaches,cultural teachers,and other groups from Ningxia Sports Training Management Center,Ningxia Vocational College of Sports,Ningxia University,and social education and training institutions.By using the methods of literature review,field investigation,questionnaire survey,and expert interviews,the author understands and analyzes the current situation of the contradictions between learning and training of athletes,finds out the problems in daily learning and training of athletes,and proposes solutions for different groups,providing a certain reference for promoting the continuous deepening of sports and education integration in Ningxia to solve the contradictions between learning and training.Through research,it has been found that:(1)Currently,the age structure of professional athletes in our district is relatively healthy,with male athletes being the majority.The main sources of athletes are various sports reserve talent training bases,and the foundation of cultural courses for athletes before joining the team is relatively weak.(2)At present,the age structure of professional coaches in our district is healthy,and the level of coaches in various projects is relatively high.However,there are problems with a small number of published papers and insufficient annual training participation.(3)Currently,most professional athletes’ cultural course teachers in our district come from social education and training institutions,with overall high educational levels.However,there is a problem of limited understanding of athlete training.(4)At present,the curriculum of cultural courses for professional athletes in our district is relatively rich and reasonable.However,there is a phenomenon of athletes showing resistance to cultural learning.(5)At present,there is sufficient training time for professional athletes in our district,and athletes have a good attitude towards participating in training.But there are problems with long training schedules and high exercise load.(6)By using factor analysis,the main factors causing the contradiction between learning and training of professional athletes in our district are sorted into four dimensions,namely management mechanism factors,athlete factors,coach factors,and cultural teacher factors.(7)By combining the reality of the contradiction of kinematics training in our region with the relevant policies of sports and education integration,this study puts forward the following countermeasures to solve the contradiction of professional athletes’ learning and training:improve the relevant policies of strengthening athletes’ cultural courses,improve the quality of competitive sports reserve training,improve the awareness of the importance of athletes’cultural courses,increase the importance of coaches to athletes,improve the strength of coaches’training Enhance the importance that cultural teachers attach to athletes. |
