A Study On The Mode Of Integration Of Teaching And Sports In The Training Of High-level Competitive Athletes In The New Era

The cultivation of high-level competitive athletes is one of the bases of high quality and sustainable development of competitive sports.In the new era,under the development concept of "people-oriented",the construction of a sports power has put forward new requirements on the training of high-level competitive athletes.In high level competitive athletes training goal from to cultivate high level competitive ability and achievements to both high level athletes competitive ability and cultural quality,social skills,such as all-round development of people under the background of transition,the traditional high level competitive athletes training mode is facing many problems,needs to look for a new training mode to adapt to the demand of the new era.This paper discusses the new requirements for the training of high-level competitive athletes in the new era and analyzes the problems in the current training mode by using the method of literature and expert interview.In a comprehensive system combing the modern education in different periods and the sports system in cultivating high level competitive athletes relations in the transformation process based on summing up experience and lessons,and build a new era can adapt to the new requirements of new pattern from the fusion,and proposed the high level competitive athletes training mode from the fusion path and guarantee the implementation of the measures.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The new era has put forward new requirements for the training of high-level competitive athletes in China,such as people-oriented,open sports,and scientific training system,etc.,which requires promoting the all-round development of athletes,encouraging all sectors of society to participate in the training of competitive athletes in an open manner,and constructing a new scientific training system with science and technology as the core.2.Since modern times,China's education system and sports system have gone through three stages in cultivating the relationship between high-level competitive athletes: the stage of integration of teaching and sports,which is dominated by the education department;The separation stage of teaching and learning,which is dominated by sports department;The stage of integration of educational and physicaleducation departments.Education and sports departments both play an important role in the training of high-level competitive athletes,and their separation brings many problems to the training of high-level athletes.It is suggested that a teaching and sports integration model should be built to meet the needs of the new era.3."the combination of fusion" pattern is in the "integration of combination,the combination of phase separation and combination of stage" based on the development history,in under the guidance of "people-oriented" development concept,to the high level competitive athletes training to become all-round development of people,education and sports departments around the needs of the high level competitive athletes,break departmental benefit pattern,build collaborative system of governance,together to the training mode of high level competitive athletes.4.The mode of "integration of teaching and sports" needs to be implemented from five aspects: the establishment of the talent selection mechanism,the construction of the sports competition system,the promotion of the opening of the training facilities for the sharing of teaching and sports,the construction of the coach team flow mechanism and the construction of a new scientific training system for the mutual promotion of teaching and sports.5.The implementation guarantee of the "integration of teaching and sports" mode includes: establishing a joint working mechanism to ensure the cooperation between the teaching and sports departments;implementing multiple incentive policies to promote the enthusiasm of the teaching and sports departments;implementing a strict accountability and supervision mechanism to promote the implementation of the work of the teaching and sports departments.
