In daily teaching,it is found that most students with zero foundation or new contact with football choose to use or even only use one side of their body for dribbling, dribbling, shooting, etc. This side is the dominant side of the body, and students have limited use of the non-dominant side of the body.So in daily football teaching,we should consciously convey to students the idea of "using feet to complete technical movements".The comprehensive practice of both feet will not only reduce the probability of injury in the future football skill learning or football competition, but also help improve students’ skill level and increase their enthusiasm to participate in football.Through the experimental intervention, the two-sided transfer teaching method is applied to the teaching of female college students’ football technology, and the collected data are collated and analyzed,in order to apply the two-sided transfer teaching method to the teaching and training practice in the future.Explain the basic skills of football, strengthen the teaching effect, improve the teaching efficiency.Research methods:This study takes the theory of bilateral transfer as the entry point to explore the influence of bilateral transfer teaching method on teaching effect.By using the method of literature, expert interview, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper explores the difference between the two-sided transfer teaching method and the traditional teaching method in the learning effect of football technology. The experiment included experimental group and control group. The experimental site was No.1 Futsal football field of Minzu University of China. In the experiment,114 female college students with the dominant foot as the right foot were first selected, and 80 female college students met the conditions after screening.80 students were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group, experiment group 1,experiment group 2,experiment group 3 and experiment group 4,with 16 students in each group. After grouping, the subjects were tested before the experiment, and the one-way analysis of variance showed that there was no significant difference in the five groups of subjects in the three technical items of bouncing, passing and dribbling shooting, which was suitable for the control experiment. The control group used the traditional teaching method, and the groups 1 to 4 used the bilateral transfer method, that is,100%practice with the dominant foot.Among them, experiment 1 group used more dominant limbs at the beginning(exercise volume ratio:dominant foot:non-dominant foot=7:3);Experimental group 2 concentrated on using one side of the body. After reaching a certain level of proficiency, they began to practice the other side of the body(the dominant foot in the first 6 weeks and the non-dominant foot in the last 6 weeks). In experiment 3,both sides of the body were used alternately(the amount of practice per class was dominant foot:non-dominant foot=5:5);Experiment 4 group speech prompts students to practice more with non-dominant legs(the total practice quantity ratio is dominant foot:non-dominant foot=3:7).Research results:1.In the right and left foot front bouncing ball, the performance of experiment group 1 was significantly higher than that of the other three experimental groups, the performance of experiment group 2 and experiment group 3 was higher than that of experiment group 4,but there was no significant difference between experiment group 2 and experiment group 3.2.In the left and right foot medial pass, the performance of experiment group 1 was significantly higher than that of the other three experimental groups, the performance of experiment group 2 and experiment group 3 was higher than that of experiment group 4,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.3.In shooting with left and right foot dribbling, experimental group 1 had higher scores than the other three experimental groups.Research conclusions:1.Through the analysis of teaching experiment results,it is found that there is bilateral transfer in the teaching process. In this teaching experiment,it is proved that practicing the dominant side limb first will make the transfer effect greater; In addition,in the early stage of learning skills, the increase of learning time of the dominant limb is conducive to more obvious transfer effect.2.It can be seen from the analysis of the results of three technical contents of the teaching experiment that the experimental group is superior to the control group.Among them, experimental group 1 showed the most obvious bilateral migration effect. The migration effect of experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 was only higher than that of experimental group 1,but there was no significant difference between them.Experimental group 4 had the lowest migration effect.3.The teaching experiment of this study takes female college students as experimental objects, aiming at exploring different teaching methods, providing some new possibilities for football teaching, and also carrying out practice to verify the application effect of bilateral transfer teaching method in sports teaching and training.Further improve the technical level of students, improve the enthusiasm of college students to participate in football, and develop the habit of lifelong participation in sports.
