Badminton is an asymmetric physical exercise in which the body shape and muscle strength of participants develop unevenly.Studies have shown that the right and left hemispheres of the brain control the movement of the body.And there is bilateral transfer law of motor skills.The traditional badminton training is based on the strong side limb training,often neglecting the weak side limb training.This paper takes the bilateral transfer of sports technology as the theoretical basis,and the traditional badminton training is mainly based on the strong side limb training,and often neglects the training of the weak side limb.To explore the application of weak side limb exercises in badminton teaching.This study is based on strengthening the practice of weak side limbs in badminton technique teaching,mainly using the teaching experiment method.From Guangzhou Pei Ying Middle School,two badminton optional classes of grade two are randomly selected.Thirty-two female students(64 students in total)were randomly selected from each of the two classes and divided into experimental group and control group.Before the experiment,the differences of physical quality and technical level between the two groups were analyzed.The whole experiment was taught by the same teacher,and the experimental group practiced the weak side limb on the basis of the conventional teaching method.The subjects in the control group were taught routinely.After 16 weeks of study,Through comparative analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The accuracy,accuracy,swing speed of the three badminton techniques before and after the experiment,such as starting,picking and hitting the high distance ball,in the experimental group,There were very significant differences in the four aspects of technical movement evaluation: P0.00 < 0.01%,and there was also a very significant difference in the speed of shuttlecock footwork.The results showed that the weak side limb exercise was beneficial to the improvement of badminton technique.(2)In the control group,before and after the experiment,the accuracy of the landing point,the accuracy of the batting,the speed of the swing of the three badminton techniques before and after the experiment,There were very significant differences in the four aspects of technical action evaluation: P0.00 < 0.01%,and there was also a very significant difference in the speed of shuttlecock footworkmovement.The results showed that routine teaching was beneficial to the improvement of badminton technique.(3)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in three aspects: the accuracy of landing point,the accuracy of hitting,the accuracy of hitting,and the evaluation of technical action,respectively.The teaching effect of the three aspects of batting precision and technical action evaluation is better than that of conventional teaching,but the teaching effect of the two methods is the same in terms of swing speed(P0.768 > 0.05).(4)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the precision of hitting and the evaluation of the technique of high distance ball.The results showed that the weak side limb exercise had the accuracy of hitting and the evaluation of technical action in the technique of high distance ball picking.The effect of facet teaching is better than that of conventional teaching.However,the teaching effect of the two methods is similar in two aspects: the accuracy of falling point is 0.563 > 0.05)and the speed of swing is0.962 > 0.05).(5)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the accuracy of hitting high distance ball(P0.041 < 0.05)and the accuracy of hitting P0.004 < 0.01).The effect of facet teaching is better than that of conventional teaching.However,the teaching effect of the two methods is equal in two aspects: the speed of swing is 0.745 > 0.05)and the evaluation of technical action is 0.078 > 0.05).(6)After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on the movement speed of badminton footwork(P < 0.021 < 0.05),which indicated that the teaching effect of the weak side limb exercise in the badminton walking speed was better than that in the routine teaching.
