Cross-migration is a kind of movement learning migration, which refers to the phenomenon that the existing energy formed in one part of one side of the body and the existing energy obtained from the corresponding part on the other side of the body undergo positive migration. In tennis, training the body's non-dominant side limbs in the same way as the dominant side limbs can produce contralateral migration and promote the improvement of the dominant hand serving technique and the forward and backhand technique. After non-dominant side body training, can the use of non-dominant side forehand and backhand technology meet the standard of dominant side forehand and backhand technology? the backhand stroke will almost miss the ball and lose points.Whether the non-dominant hand can master the forehand stroke by using the contralateral transfer theory to solve the problem of losing points due to the small stretch of the backhand stroke deserves our study. In this study,60 students(including 30 boys and 30 girls)were selected as freshmen and zero basic tennis students,of whom 15 boys and 15 girls were selected as the experimental group, while the remaining 15 boys and 15 girls were selected as the control group for teaching experiments.Select the tennis bottom line forehand stroke technique, tennis bottom line backhand stroke technique and serve technique as the teaching contents,in which the students in the experimental group carry out the training of dominant side limbs and non-dominant side limbs;the control group received dominant limb training from the beginning to the end of the experiment. Before and after the experiment, the students in the experimental group and the control group were observed for the difference of tennis bottom line forward and backhand skills, and the influence of bilateral transfer theory on tennis bottom line forward and backhand skills was discussed.the results showed that:(1)Before and after the experiment, the left hand of the tennis ball was thrown far away t=-2.821,P=0.016<0.05,indicating that there was a significant difference between the left and the left hand of the tennis ball before and after the experiment.(2)there was no significant difference in hitting accuracy, landing accuracy and skill score between the experimental group and the control group after the test(P > 0.05).(3)after the test, there was no significant difference between the test group and the control group(P > 0.05)in the accuracy of backhand stroke, but there was a significant difference in the accuracy of falling point(P < 0.05),and there was a very significant difference in the score of movement skill(P < 0.01).(4)in terms of hitting stability, there is no significant difference between the dominant side and the non-dominant side(P > 0.05).(5)there was no significant difference between the dominant forehand stroke technique and the non-dominant forehand stroke technique in the accuracy of falling point(P > 0.05);there was a significant difference between the dominant backhand and the non-dominant backhand(P < 0.05).there was a significant difference between the dominant side serve technique and the non-dominant side serve technique(P < 0.05).there was a significant difference between the dominant forehand stroke technique and the non-dominant backhand stroke technique(P < 0.01).there was no significant difference between the dominant backhand stroke and the non-dominant forehand stroke(P > 0.05).(6)there was no significant difference between the dominant and non-dominant forward and backhand skills in the scoring of motor skills(P > 0.05).the purpose of this study is to explore the influence of non-dominant limb training on dominant side tennis bottom line forehand and backhand skills by training non-dominant limb forehand and backhand skills,to provide theoretical basis for the application of contralateral transfer in this project,to explore the application of contralateral transfer in tennis teaching, and to provide basis for contralateral transfer in other sports.
