| Student learning is an important part of human learning,and schools are the main places where students learn.Classroom teaching is the main context for students to learn,and classroom learning is the most important way for students to learn.The classroom environment and the internalization level of external learning motivation are important external and internal factors for effective classroom learning,which play an important role in the effective learning of high school students.This study adopts a questionnaire method,with 1180 high school students(ordinary high school students and vocational high school students)as subjects,to explore the relationship between the internalization level of external learning motivation,class environment and effective classroom learning.The research aims to discover the effective classroom learning motivation mechanism of high school students and improve the effective classroom learning level of the group.The results indicate that:(1)The effective learning and classroom environment of high school students are at a medium to high level,while the internalization level of external learning motivation is at a medium level.There are significant differences among the three in terms of age,class,parental education level,and school category(P<0.05).(2)The internalization level of external learning motivation and the class environment shows a significant positive correlation with effective classroom learning(P<0.05),which can jointly significantly predict the level of effective classroom learning(P<0.05).(3)The first model,with the class environment as the mediating variable,the internalization level of external learning motivation as the independent variable,and effective classroom learning as the dependent variable,is established.The second model,with the internalization level of external learning motivation as the mediating variable,the class environment as the independent variable,and effective classroom learning as the dependent variable,is also established.The mediating effect of the latter is better than that of the former,so choose Model 2.That is to say,the internalization level of external learning motivation plays an effective mediating role between the classroom environment and effective classroom learning.Finally,based on Bloom’s Mastery Learning Theory and Bandura’s Social Learning Theory,some educational strategies and suggestions are proposed at the individual student level and class environment level in response to the results of this study. |
