In 2021,the "double reduction" policy will be implemented.Its main goal is to promote the return of compulsory education to the main position of schools,reduce the burden of out-of-school training for parents,and take this as a starting point to "improve the quality and reduce the burden".In this context,through the study of the "double reduction" policy and its guiding significance to junior high school history teaching,the author explores the construction of an efficient model of history class and the reduction of students’ homework burden.After half a year of research,the author found that there are still the following phenomena in junior high school history teaching that cannot really implement the spirit of "double reduction" : First,although the classroom teaching has made a breakthrough in the traditional teaching method,it lacks the systematic and efficient classroom consciousness,which makes it difficult to solve specific problems;Second,the homework oriented to the test is obvious,the form is single,simple and repeated,the lack of "scientific homework view";Third,the emphasis on knowledge imparting,to a certain extent light ability quality training;Fourth,there is an obvious reduction of "quantity" tendency,the lack of consideration of "effect".Based on this,the author starts from revisiting the learning situation.Based on the students’ latest development area,the author tries to make classroom teaching design effectively serve the learning needs,teaching activities effectively cultivate the core quality,historical details effectively enhance the classroom effect,large unit teaching effectively integrate the learned content,classroom evaluation effectively enhance the learning interest,and other five aspects of research,with the support of constructivism and other theories.Seek an effective way to construct high efficient history classroom in junior high school and form a scientific "homework view".Through practice,investigation,efficient classroom mode and diversified homework forms under the guidance of "scientific homework view",the purpose of "improve the quality and reduce the burden" has been achieved in practical education and teaching activities,especially in training students’ thinking ability and promoting students’ all-round development.
