In recent years,the educational community and front-line teachers have positively begun to pay more attention to the consistency of teaching evaluation.Not only is it the core content to complete the learning goals and teaching effectiveness,but the effective means to enforce the standards of lessons and boost the advancement of students’ significant literacy.The momentous part of Chinese teaching is the writing teaching which is the weighty and difficult point of Chinese teaching.Directing the consistency of teaching evaluation to writing teaching can benefit from making use of evaluation to promote teaching and learning.By means of learning and evaluation to guide writing,teaching and evaluation to accompany the process of writing,it can achieve the writing goals.Based on the teaching evaluation consistency,the paper studied the phenomenon of the writing teaching in high schools.According to the investigation of seven high schools in Horqin District,Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia,we found many problems that there is a lack of guidance in the whole process from the beginning to the end of teaching and evaluation,the evaluation scheme is poorly designed and lacks operability,the process is mainly based on teachers’ evaluation,low students’ participation and lacks of feedback and modification.The reasons are that teachers have inadequate understanding of the connotation of teaching evaluation consistency,inadequate understanding of the role of evaluation,lack of strategic guidance for consistency of teaching evaluation and weak sense of research,especially the last reason also is the essential essence for a handful of problems in the application of consistency of teaching evaluation.In view of the above problems and the reasons for the problems,the author starts with the value and characteristics of teaching evaluation consistency,closely linking teaching evaluation consistency with the teaching design of writing in high schools,and putting forward the teaching strategy of writing in high schools based on teaching evaluation consistency.That is improving writing goals and detailing writing tasks,developing evaluation scheme and guiding the teaching process of writing,innovating the teaching process and optimizing the writing guidance mode.Argumentative writing is the most important part of writing teaching in high schools,the author’s teaching design and reflection is based on the traits,influence and strategies of teaching evaluation consistency,equipped with argumentation as an example to rich relevant researches about writing teaching in high schools from the perspective of teaching evaluation consistency,to provide writing teaching in high schools with the examples.
