Group Work Study On The Social Integration Of The Elderly In Ecological Migration Area

In the context of the large-scale development of the western region,in order to speed up the process of poverty alleviation and prosperity in poor areas,the state has decided to carry out pilot projects of ecological relocation in Ningxia,Inner Mongolia,Yunnan and Guizhou provinces,so as to fundamentally solve the problems of survival and poverty alleviation in areas with poor living conditions,and effectively combine poverty alleviation and development with ecological and environmental improvement.Hongsipu District,as the largest centralized resettlement area for ecological immigrants in China,is a centralized demonstration of the successful experience of Ningxia immigrants in the resettlement,management,poverty alleviation and other aspects of ecological immigrants.However,in the process of social integration of ecological immigrants,there will be different problems,such as difficult to adapt to the new life,poor communication and so on.It can be seen that social integration has a certain process,not overnight,through individual self-regulation,gradually into the collective,have a sense of ownership,have a strong sense of belonging to adapt to the new life.At the same time,the process of social integration of the elderly in the ecological immigration area is the relationship between breaking roots and taking root,which is also the most difficult relationship to deal with.A hundred miles of different customs,stumbling and friction is inevitable,mutual social integration is not enough,lack of understanding,the sense of belonging is not strong.In order to clearly understand the social integration of the elderly in the ecological migration area,this paper takes the elderly in H village of Hongsipu District as the research object,takes the theory of social support and energy enhancement as the theoretical basis,and collects,sorts and sorts out the relevant data of the research object through observation,interview and questionnaire.It is found that the elderly in H village seldom go out and have insufficient interpersonal communication after relocation.The paper further analyzes the factors that hinder the social integration of the elderly in H village from the three aspects of individual,family and community,and predicts the needs of the elderly in H village in interpersonal communication,enhancing the sense of community belonging and being familiar with relevant policies.On this basis,the author studied the social integration of the elderly in Village H by means of group work method,analyzed the necessity and feasibility of group work intervention,designed 7 targeted group activities based on the reality and needs of the social integration of the elderly in Village H,and found that the group members had made great changes in the aspects of communication and community participation through process evaluation and effect evaluation.Seven group activities have improved the confidence of the elderly in H village,expanded the interpersonal circle,enhanced peer support and improved social integration.
