| All along,the prospects and economic benefits of the education and training industry have been at an excellent level,and investors are eager to get a share of the education and training industry.However,in order to win a share in such a competitive market environment,it is necessary for the enterprise to have an absolute advantage in one aspect,and the management of the enterprise must be effective and orderly.With the gradual improvement of relevant laws in all walks of life and the emergence of competitors in the industry,especially after the promulgation of the "double reduction policy",the policy has affected the K12 business plate,resulting in a greater degree of restrictions and unprecedented challenges for enterprises whose main business plate is K12.It is a serious challenge for educational enterprises to move towards compliance in line with current policy requirements and improve their economic benefits and competitive advantages on this basis.This paper uses case analysis to make a comprehensive analysis of New Oriental Online,a large enterprise in the online education industry.Based on the financial information of New Oriental Online in the 2019-2022 fiscal year,based on the "double reduction policy" background,the transformation and development strategy and effect of New Oriental Online are analyzed,and the change of financial performance in the process of strategic transformation of New Oriental Online is studied.Therefore,this paper draws conclusions and puts forward corresponding adjustment strategies for enterprises,and provides reference for other enterprises in the same industry.This paper first collates the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on strategic transformation and financial performance,introduces the background of New Oriental Online strategic transformation,and makes full use of PEST analysis,five forces model and SWOT analysis tools to analyze the strategic transformation environment of New Oriental Online.Analyze the driving factors of transformation,both external and internal.This paper introduces the strategic transformation measures taken by New Oriental online business plate and future development direction.Secondly,this paper analyzes the influence of strategic transformation on the financial performance of New Oriental Online from the aspects of its profitability and operating capacity through the method of financial performance indicators.Finally,it summarizes the enlightening experience in the strategic transformation of New Oriental Online and puts forward suggestions.In the face of the impact brought by "double reduction",New Oriental Online can only cope with the implementation of a series of transformation,in order to achieve sustainable development of the enterprise in the future.Through this research,it can provide a reference case for other Chinese education enterprises which are in the cusp of "double reduction" in the road of transformation and development,and play a certain guiding role in the strategic transformation of enterprises. |
