Research On The Current Situation And Promotion Strategy Of Sports Development In Junior Middle Schools In Counties Under The "Double Reduction" Policy

The high-quality implementation of school sports plays a great role in improving students’ physical health,enriching extracurricular cultural life,and cultivating lifelong sports awareness.The issuance of policy documents such as the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage is improving and enhancing students’ physical health.Taking Ziyang County as an example---this paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other research methods to explore the development and shortcomings of junior high school sports in Ziyang County under the "double reduction" policy,and puts forward feasible rationalization suggestions for the development of junior high school sports in Ziyang County under the "double reduction" policy in view of related problems.It provides reference and reference for the implementation and innovation of sports in subsequent county junior middle schools.Through the study,the main conclusions are as follows:1.The infrastructure required for the development of sports in junior middle schools in Ziyang County is not perfect,the school sports venues and equipment are generally short in quantity,and there is a lack of maintenance and guarantee measures in quality,which cannot well meet the needs of students’ daily physical exercise.2.The teaching,professional title and social evaluation of physical education teachers in junior middle schools in Ziyang County are under great pressure.Secondly,school leaders do not pay enough attention to the development of school sports,and the status of physical education teachers in school education cannot be improved,resulting in insufficient enthusiasm for sports to carry out extracurricular sports activities.3.Most of the students in Ziyang County’s junior high schools have limited knowledge of sports.Under the influence of traditional examination-oriented education,it is believed that cultural learning is the main thing,participating in sports activities will delay learning,easy to get injured,and most students do not have skills and specialties,resulting in insufficient enthusiasm for sports participation.4.The junior high schools in Ziyang County lack unified and standardized teaching objectives and strategies in the form of curriculum organization,and the curriculum content lacks innovation,which is easy to make students bored.Secondly,the density of sports activities is insufficient,and there are fewer school sports competitions and clubs,which cannot meet the differentiated needs of students’ sports interests,resulting in the decline of some students’ participation.5.There is no good supervision and management mechanism for the development of physical education in junior middle schools in Ziyang County,which makes the quality of physical education teaching of school physical education teachers not high,and the enthusiasm for organizing and carrying out extracurricular sports activities is insufficient.As a result,there is a lack of impetus for the development of school sports.
